Location is directly on the Drosselgasse- famous street in old town Rudesheim. Walking distance to the Seilbahn is at the top of the street 4 mins walking in pedestrian area. Lots of restaurants and hotels and the Rhein river is just below the hotel as well. Perfect location! Room was spacious and very clean, and had a mini bar to keep your water cold on a hot day. The restaurant is great for dinner with live music and a lively vibe. Breakfast was European style with local cheeses, and also omelettes are available made to order. The breads and salt were delicious. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Service was pleasant and attentive. Parking is convenient for smaller vehicles, and a short walk across cobblestones across the alley from the hotel 2 min walk. Hotel has an elevator. The toiletries offered were sparce. I suggest bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, lotion. This is not super important to me, but maybe someone booking would like to know this info.

Super place to stay in Ruedesheimer. Right in the center but quiet. Lovely big room overlooking courtyard. Very nice breakfast. Slight problem with the shower head and its location.

I was in Rudesheim on business, but it also happened to be in the middle of the Christmas Market. From a business traveler perspective, Breuer's is an exceptional, traditional, German-style hotel. It delivers everything you want from a hotel; great, polite, efficient staff who take care of anything you need, warm rooms with high ceilings and comfortable beds and a desk to work at, a meticulously cleaned bathroom with a huge tub and shower and plenty of hot water, and a breakfast of local meats, cheeses, breads, yogurts, fruits complimented by a kitchen that turns out a beautiful omelette or spiegeleier (fried eggs). As a tourist, which I ended up being as well, it is a short walk to the train station, right off the center of one of the most beautiful villages on the Rhein River, and steps from everything you could want or need. The restaurant, attached to the hotel, is first class, with traditional music and dancing and great food and drink. I highly recommend it. nothing.

Beautiful building. Room was spacious. Bathroom was huge compared to most in German hotels. We are touring different Christmas markets and they have such a lovely market in Rudesheim. Parking was a little tight but we had a smaller car so we were fine.

Breakfast was typical of European destinations offering many choices, meats and cheeses, lots of bread, jams, cereals and some fruit. We had eggs one morning of three. Hard to get staff's attention for coffee refills. Front desk staff was extremely helpful with train tickets, directions and things to do advice. Great location, walkable to everything. Our room overlooked the courtyard and the morning crew at 5 am woke us up every morning with metal table set up. The traditional bell tower was enchanting at first... although not on the evenings at 10 pm when we woke up @ 5 am. I called the morning we left the property because I left a leather glasses case when I checked out on the counter ( they found it). I asked to to have it sent to me ( I offered to pay) and they said it could not be sent unless it was within Germany. I have never had a hotel not cooperate to send a personal possession to me. The lovely courtyard ( with cold metal chairs) was basically shut down for Fall. It could have been made an evening retreat for guests with a firepit, or padded seating when it was colder. This hotel and extra amenities were not worth the extra cost.

Excellent location! Setting within the community is fantastic. Kindness in taking care to have gluten free bread for me!

This is in an amazing area right off the Drosselgasse, and indeed we accidentally became a part of several tours as groups passed us sitting in the courtyard. We were given sparkling wine on check-in (fabulous) and for breakfast (a bit early for us haha). The breakfast was amazing, they made eggs to order and had a variety of buffet items. We unfortunately did not get to sample the restaurant, as it's closed on Thursdays. However, this meant we had a very quiet night except for the clock. Room was large with a big balcony and couch, plus a huge bathroom with full tub. Really an exceptional stay! There's a tower in the courtyard with bells that rings every hour for about 90 full seconds from 9:30am to 10pm! Didn't bother us, we actually found it amusing, but maybe not ideal for those with infants or early bedtimes.

Great hotel with a spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful when I had trouble booking my train ticket.

The outside courtyard was charming and the glass of wine at registration was welcoming. The room is dated. There was an incident when leaving as we were charged for parking our car. They said it was because we had booked through Booking.com, but our stay included a friend who had booked directly and was also with the rental car package. Direct bookings include car parking. They did not want to honor it, because the car license plate was added to the registration form used by the Booking.com couple. It resulted in an unfriendly departure.

Location in Germany, restaurant and staff were fabulous. Not sure if it was because we booked with Booking.com but all 3 of our rooms were located in section of Hotel without elevator, difficult for elderly mom and husband who had knee and hip issues. No coffee in rooms.

The hotel is nicely located in the charming village. Check in was welcoming and friendly with a glass of sparkling wine. My room was very nice and comfortable. There was a mini fridge which was nice. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked great. I had a car and there was a space for me (at a cost). I wish there was a kettle for coffee and tea seeing how I was in a separate building. Sadly, the highly rated restaurant was closed on Thursday night.

The central location, delicious breakfast and staff friendliness were the top three things we liked about our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help our group of three rooms and specifically provided me with ice daily for icing my knee after surgery earlier this summer. They dropped anything to accommodate us.
