About Hotel Lindenwirt
The Hotel Lindenwirt is located in the heart of the historical old town of Rüdesheim. Discover the wines of our own vineyard and take part in a wine-tasting session. Timber-framed buildings with carved gazebos, open galleries overlooking the lovely courtyard, and the old lime tree create a unique backdrop for your holiday. All rooms feature modern and comfortable furnishings, and we have a elevator so that you can easily reach all floors. There are also 2 double rooms which are suitable for the mobility impaired. In the area surrounding the hotel you will find inviting wine restaurants, beer gardens and cellar taverns.

Breakfast was great, location was amazing, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again! It says there is parking at the hotel but you need to reserve a parking spot in order to park there. Wish we knew that beforehand.

Location and room Nothing

The location was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. It was billed to have parking, but they don't have space for all their guests. I'm guessing more than 50% need to park nearby. Free parking is 1/2 mile away. There is reasonable priced parking within 200-300M.

The location and the friendliness of the staff. The bathroom was large and they had a closet with a safe. No A/C and as an American-no washcloths or soap (from a dispenser only) and having hair shampoo and conditioner and bar soap combined in to ‘one’ usage.

Central location, literally. Parking (at a fee) in the courtyard. Massive restaurant on site, with indoor and outdoor seating. Its old school German. Dogs allowed in hotel. Breakfast was fine (extra cost). Room had a lovely view of the center. Friendly staff. Room wasnt cleaned well, it had bugs and even a half empty wine bottle under the bed. It was waaaaay too hot to live in for the day we spent in May (+30). Room had no air. Check out was a bit slow and dated system.

The hotel staff made our family feel so welcome and special. The reserved breakfast table with our names on it was an extra special touch. Also, their breakfast was fantastic!

The property is in a great location - central to everything. They also have parking but you must reserve. Most (with the exception of one woman who was in the office behind the reception desk) of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a fantastic salad in their dining room one night. It’s just a bit run down and our room had a major issue with the toilet - which is just not what you need in a hotel. Long story short - we were encouraged to use the public bathroom down the hall rather than the one in our room. Which we did. Then when we checked out there was no acknowledgement of that situation. Or an apology that we couldn’t use our bathroom. Instead when I brought it up we were told to “stop talking” multiple times. It was like a Saturday Night Live skit. She even went up to the room and announced she had flushed a sheet of tp down the toilet and it worked fine. Which is laughable. The day before they were in our room working on it and we were told it was not fixed and the handyman had to open up the wall after we checked out to fix it. I made them comp our $40 euro lunch to somehow compensate for no bathroom. The “stop talking” lady was belligerent about us “getting free food.” We had to laugh. But it really wasn’t funny. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written but boy does it need to be shared. I feel for the next couple that is given that room. Funny how a little acknowledgement of our inconvenience instead of rudeness would have changed the outcome of our stay there. The lack of a working toilet.

Loved the history and location. Restaurant was great.

There’s parking available and everything is in walking distance. This is our second time at this property. Unfortunately we left too early to have breakfast, but we did get to enjoy the last time. It’s definitely one of the better breakfasts that we’ve had at a hotel. I cannot comment on this, everything was great.

Location and staff Old building. Expect to hear late night footsteps in the halls and conversations in the halls. Also, It wasn’t made clear on booking.com that parking reservations for onsite parking are required. Pay Public parking is available in a walkable distance

Location, charming yet modern rooms and the staff is absolutely the best from the Czech guy at reception to the dining staff, all were welcoming and helpful. This was my third stay (maybe 4).

Stunning property and great location!

The location and breakfast were both absolutely perfect. Right in the middle of the Drosselgas we were able to easily walk and enjoy the town and Rudesheim coffee. The breakfast was a perfect part of the day. I can’t think of a thing. The hotel was comfy and perfect for our stay.

Wonderful location near to everything! Room was a little small, but comfortable and clean.
