There was visible foundation issues. We could feel the shift when we were walking down the hall. There was a 3 inch gap in the door and the floor. We did not feel safe staying and we could not get our money back.

The older retired vet guy was amazing. They did not advise us there were no taxis or Ubers from the casino. Very expensive to hire some guy to take is 6 miles for $75

We had a great stay at the Hampton in Ruidoso. The lady in the mornings was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful . We would definitely stay there again.

There was some construction going on as they were making updates to the property but we found the room to be nice, comfortable, and clean. It always feels good to have a comfy clean bed to fall into after a long drive.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in Ruidoso by far. However, the restroom sliding door had no lock and had a huge gap when closed creating a lack of privacy.
