Love staying here because of the nice and attentive staff working. Also my kids love the pool, only thing is the ac/heater wasn’t working properly in the room which was not a big deal, but besides that 10/10. Would highly recommend to anyone passing by or staying in a few days.

Upon arrival the staff was great at check in. I had some concerns regarding my elderly handicapped mother and they promptly accommodated us. Everything was perfect!!

I always stay at La Quinta hotels. The staff is always so helpful. I was in town to see the Elvis impersonator. Ruidoso is so beautiful. Might go to hotel will be La Quinta.

While checking in guy was not happy, stated too me oh you’re using a third party. As we got to our room it had a funky smell, sheets were dirty and stained not only that they were no towels in our room.

The bed was clean and comfortable so we slept well which was the most important. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Hotel was in a great area. Everything is so close by. It is well maintained and clean. There is no noise at night and no carpets which is amazing! Great family hotel.

Just a few minutes from downtown and where they host snow tubing in the winter.

I love La Quinta, but this was the worst stay ever. Breakfast was cut short the time we were staying, supposed to be til 10 and they were shutting down at 9. The mini fridge was frozen up I our room. The hot tub was working. Kids were unsupervised in the pool area. Had issues with the ice makers not working.

Hotel was ok, had to remind staff to refresh our towels, had to ask for hair dryer. Hotel was clean and staff was nice.

The bathroom might not have been completely cleaned or restocked between guests, but I attribute that to the hotel being packed to the brim for a busy event weekend. Nothing that couldn't be remedied!
