the chalets were great, fully equipped for 6 persons and spacious, the pool was for free the water of the indoor pool was a bit cold, but it was not really a big issue
-
the linens should have been included but it was a bit hassle to do separate payments for towels , liniens

Good local bus service Supermarket 10 minutes away by bike Good place if you want to bring a dog ,good walks and playing areas designed for pooch plenty ppl seemed to come for this reason. I even seen a family who brought their cat ! They even walked it on a leash This did amuse me ! ? Staff were not very approachable felt I was disturbing them. No warm friendly holiday feel. Pool times varied closed to customers to allow private swim lessons. Closed 8pm So if we went out for the day we couldn’t swim. 10pm close would not be unreasonable as there are no other facilities on offer The laundrette was not well sign posted. Staffs use of English could have been clearer. I asked to pay for an upgrade as there was availability online but was told no as it’s a busy week. The solo retreat 4 was too small for our family and did not provide enough to be self catering, no microwave or toaster just an electric plate so very limited to what we could actually make. Restaurant closed 2 days in a row and food options could be improved.

Loved the cabins in the woods. Prepared and maintained to a very high standard. Very freindly and helpful staff. Staying within nature does mean you come into contact with some wildlife. Mostly wonderful but a few bitey insects about ended up with a few welts (inset repellent for the hotter days of the year recommended)...

Just the quietness of the place. We can´t cook on the kitchen because don´t have the stove to do it. The toilet was a disaster the washbasin was losing water when you turn on. The lights goes out everytime. We need to jump when we take shower to get the light on (Insane!!) The rooms have no privacy, are totally open. The wifi was paid!! They don´t give any towells for hands or to take shower (Crazy!!) In general I hate to stay there. At the end when I want to do the check-in we can´t do it because they don´t have system. I think was the cherry on the top of the cake. I never come to this place more. They ask 350 euros for 1 night there.

Great campsite, can’t recommend enough

Nothing We could not get into our chalet as reception closed. The key did not work so we had to somewhere else to stay.

Nice walk for the dogs. Too many issues with the room, smell in home, broken lock, dirty floor, no WiFi,…

Was very good, the only thing is the path to the property was very dark during the evening and the wooden terrace was very slippery. I fell on my back ? There was no fan in the property

I booked two chalets and was very happy that they were next to each other. Chalets well provided with fridge, cooker, coffee machine. Furniture immaculate and decor very much in keeping with the surroundings. Absolutely nothing to dislike, All in good order, clean and tidy.
