A lovely woman, from Cape Verde, checked me in to the hotel. We'd switch back and forth between French, Portuguese, and English. We laughed as if we were good friends. Her tall colleague, from Senegal, showed me how & where to catch the return bus. We too conversed in several languages. It's a quiet, no-frills hotel, with a shuttle that meets your needs with EXCEPTIONAL customer service and staff.

I really enjoyed this hotel. And much more, I really enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport. It runs once every hour and it is about a 10-15 minute ride to ORLY airport. Would stay again if ever needing to fly out from that airport. Also near a McDonalds in case you are hungry. Nothing applies. Great hotel and staff.

The room was okay, a bid old but still good to take a good nap before your plane. The receptionist was very kind and spoke English quite well It was hard to find the way in if you arrive late since they close de access and the only indications are vague and just in French. The hotel room was a bit old looking.

The fact that i wasnt able to have a proper night with air conditioning was horrible. Even though it is written that the hotel offers air conditioning. I had to open the window to get some air. There is no fridge in room as well.and the best wasnt comfy. It is not the standards of a 3 stars hotel for me.
