Not really walkable to most sites but very close to the airport

Room was as expected. 15 Floors, one lift as other was broken. Had to wait 20+ min in lobby standing in line for elevator to get to room. On 15th floor the restaurant looks nice, but employee is anything but hospital. Was hoping to see the eifel tower sparkle, arrived 2 min before 11. Got told we can't be there as they close at 11. I asked if we could stay just for the sparkles, this was oke. But after 10 seconds of sparkling she was already asking us to leave. Ruining the mood. Next day we decide to go at 10 so they should still be open for an hour. She seemed annoyed we only came for view and drink and said that we can go to the bar outside. I think the only nice thing in the hotel beside the room is the view, don't understand why they don't allow the guests to enjoy it.

Clean. Good steak. Parking.

Nice room Not very open in terms of eating possibilities for an airport hotel.
-
Nice view on eifel tower Need remodeling to be done. Old building , triedd improve some moments. But still a lot of work needs to be done. Great pictures that don’t show real situation

Well appointed public spaces, friendly staff, nice room There was nothing not to like.
-
The bed was a bit hard and low, the tub/shower was a bit challenging for seniors with a very high step to get in and out of and very slippery.
-
It was a little disappointing that the hotel restaurant is not open every day - I believe they said it is not open on weekends. Anyway, I had to eat at McDonald's all day because there was no hotel restaurant during my stay.

Do be aware that the hotel is in a very industrial (not so nice) area, which is to be expected being right near the airport. On arriving, the exterior of the building looks a bit sad, and there is nothing nearby that you would want to walk to to eat or do errands (plan on using hotel amenities for a short stay). One of the 2 elevators was out of order, which if busy, could have made checking out harder, but luckily the hotel wasn't too busy when we were there.

Very convenient location to the airport (shuttle is a plus!). Note about the shuttle: Call the hotel to confirm times for shuttle pick up and drop off - as it is on a loop with other hotels. There are other Mercuré hotels on the route, so make sure you get off at the right one. I didn't, but was able to take the tram from the wrong hotel and walk 15 min to get to the right Mercuré hotel. I arrived in ORY terminal 4 and it was only a 3 minute walk to get to the shuttle from baggage claim. Although I have been to Paris numerous times, I had never been through ORY. I travel internationally often and didn't feel overwhelmed - everything was very easy to navigate. The optional breakfast was amazing! Spacious, modern, and quiet - a perfect last-minute hotel for a last-minute trip to Paris! Pro tip - ask to stay on the 9th floor and above on the side that faces Paris city center - you can see the Eiffel in the distance! We (3 ppl) stayed in 902 (which is a corner room) and it was amazing! ;-) I have already booked another stay next month when I go back to Paris! :-)

Particularly in the dining room The bar was not very clean and not the most inviting Hotel seemed to be short staffed in bar and restaurant
-
Great restaurant for lunch. Shower drained slowly. The breakfast was so so - eggs cold and there was a long line for coffee.
-
convenient to airport restaurant sub -par. inedible food
-
Convenient. Close to the airport. We had an early flight. No place to place luggage. Shower stall took up space in the small room.
-
Excellent hotel, located close to the Orly airport and not too far from the city center either. Clean, well maintained rooms. Staff were polite and courteous, breakfast was great as well. The shuttle to the airport is convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay as a family.

The hotel looks outdated, although clean and well kept.
