Location and ease of access to the metro I found a few spiders in my room.

Free shuttle from Orly airport, but takes time. Hair dryer completely broke. It was raining and there is no cover from the rooms to the reception, so after I wash my hair at night, I noticed the hair dryer broke, I just slept with the hair wet. Breakfast you must pay and no options for vegans.

I liked how safe the neighbourhood felt, the staff were nice but one blonde lady in specific for our check out had such a bright smile and attitude I just wanted to include it here on the review! Also we had a Mcdonalds exactly 1 minute away from the hotel and same thing with a type of Gas station (La Croissanterie) that had it ALL (pastries, souvenirs, clothes, for breakfast/lunch dinner etc)! the cashiers were really friendly and even had whole conversations with us sometimes, and of course I have to add how GOOD the pastries are I totally recommend the cookies and the croissants bicolor. From the pictures of the rooms on the Booking app you would think the rooms are kind of big, spacious and more… clean? I guess? If the booking room was only for me I’d be maybe less likely to write an honest review like this but I booked this twin room for me and my friend as a birthday present for her (we came from Spain and she always wanted to come to Paris) so I would have loved more effort on the cleaning side and also again the pictures made the rooms look so much more spacious but they were not, basically a cubicle, which again I wouldn’t mind if I was alone but I had a different expectation. Let me add something more important about the room: there were two lamps, one on top of each bed, but only 1 was working. The lamp on the desk wasn’t working as well. There was a socket beside a bed but it was visibly broken and we couldn’t use it. The buttons from the air conditioning were kind of glitching everytime. And everytime they ‘cleaned’ while we were not in our room they only made the beds and changed towels but the floor was completely dirty the whole time we stayed there (4 nights) our socks and bare feet were always dirty once we went to bed every night that’s how we noticed they weren’t cleaning properly. I would not recommend booking a room here if this is a present for a loved one like my situation.

The showers were great, hot, and powerful. It was a bonus to have a hairdryer, and the staff tried their hardest. However, the matress was not that comfy, and the sink tap sprayed water over the sink. But, the worst two nights, sleep ever as clubbers came out of the nearby nightclub at 4 a.m. and played drum and base on the road, screeching cars, beeping horns and on the second night police had to sort out a large group of troublemakers and sirens and flashing blue lights waking me up at 5 a.m.. It's a shame that this night club is allowed a licence to trade in view of the anti-social behaviour, which was beyond the control of the hotel ! As above. The anti-social behaviour meant very little sleep !!

Yes!! I was locked out of the grounds for almost 2 hours before another guest was coming back and let me in. My room was filthy ( I have pictures) and I had no coffee pot as advertised and only one light in the room worked.

I stayed here as a solo female for two nights and I will say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. I felt very safe. Everyone who works here makes you feel like family. They’re attentive and caring. Highly recommend!

It’s close to the airport. This hotel is getting old and needs an uplifting. Black marks seen in the bathroom ceiling and walls, hopefully it’s not mold.

Lack of shampoo…

It’s close to the airport The room was in back of the property. The little alley is so narrow and dark.

It was never value for money at all. Very poor amenities, rude staff except one, no help for luggage , no glass for drinking water, No drinking water available not given even on demand. Very small room, no place to keep your luggage . Overall 3.5/10 . Very poor . Shall not recommend to any one. My complaints will advise you for betterment.
