The distance from the airport. The hotel offer shuttle bus to the airport. The room is is pretty comfortable for 2 people. None.

Room was nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a storage room to keep our luggage bags after we check-out till our flight later in afternoon. Staff also helped to get taxi to airport. Overall it was a pleasant stay. No exhaust fan in toilet

The room was clean, had bottled water, coffee and a water kettle, the beds were comfortable and the staff provided extra pillows as asked. the AC/Heater made noise of water drops but nothing major

Lobby to wait for room to be ready very small. Was no where to be. Wanted to charge $$ to get room ready sooner. This doesn’t work for early morning overnight arrivals especially when we write to hotel in advance of our tedious arrival. Finally accommodated after several minutes of trying for better customer service. Pool area to try to wait for room with no lobby space left much to be desired.

We stayed at the property in late September 2025. The hotel is a convenient 10 minute drive from Orly airport and is in a safe location. Amenity-wise, the room was large enough to house our large family and was in good condition upon our arrival. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Exiting the parking lot in the morning was a little complicated but not enough to subtract from the overall rating.

Property is run down needs painting and new carpet . It did not align with previous Novotel experience.

We loved the breakfast, it was tasty and there were many options. Our shower was clogged, and the water flooded the bathroom. The staff was very helpful, came and unclogged it and cleaned the bathroom.

We liked the proximity to Orly. We took an Uber to a nearby mall to pass some time and had many food options. We would've used the pool except that it rained the one day we were there. Poor wifi in the rooms. We didn't rely on the shuttle back to the airport because it didn't seem to keep to the exact schedule on the timetable given to us (saw it arrive early at one point and did not wait until the posted time). We decided to take an Uber to the airport and were glad we did because a lot of people were waiting for the shuttle in the morning and it looked like it would be full.
