The view is amazing! The food is very good. The staff is very kind. No so much really. The mattress could be better but nothing extremely bad.

It met most of our needs and it was close to various shops, bars and restaurants. The room was on the ground floor with the promised sea view partially obstructed. We were told the hotel was fully booked new couldn’t be moved, but it didn’t seem this way. The mattresses are quite worn out so you sink into them - no, it’s not memory foam. The hotel itself is quite dated.

Good view, close to the beach, bar open to the night, no problem any drink on the bar (funny barman), aircondition free, cheap suveniers close to the hotel, warmly shallow sea, fridge (empty) on the room, kettle in the room. TV without USB port Wifi 2€/day, only at reception free of charge Pool towel 5€/day All sunbeds taken early in the morning by other guests. Pool table, ping-pong for a fee German food - fries with sauces Fish in some dressing, without separate side dishes (potatoes, rice). In the bathroom without sampon and liquid shower, only 4 small soaps for the whole accommodation Two connected hotels competing to see who has the loudest music and more fun. Very poor animation program. Hotel focused on German clientele.

I liked that was cleaning on the room everyday apart tuesday and thursday. Staff very polite. I am very dissapointed because beds are very inconfortable, everyday same food, to laught the music until 11 p.m, i don't recomend if you have a baby. No internet, you have to pay 2 euro per day and still not working well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, food was good as was the facilities In the dining room at breakfast, only one, 2 slices of toaster. My grandson, who has needs, was standing waiting to use it, the Spanish lady who had been using it, to make 12 slices, stopped, and he put his in, only for her to start shouting, pushing him and pulled his bread out ripping and throwing it away. Because nobody could understand us, we were intimidated by this family the rest of our stay, sending my grandson’s anxiety over the top that he was frightened to go to dining room, the pool or anything. The only good thing there was another toaster put in next day, but he wouldn’t come down, and I had to make him it and take it to room. We tried to make his holiday happy but the lady and a few of her family members made it very distressing for him, by constantly staring and bumping into him every time they passed him.

Property location excellent , beach front , close to shops , bars and restaurants . Bed low but comfortable. Great pool, plenty sun beds . Meals & drinks choices excellent . Entertainment very good . Excellent staff , very helpful , polite and friendly . Room 029 extremely poor , ground floor, no privacy, room too small , very small balcony , looking straight onto next apartment , tiny side view of beach , bed very close to wall ( I’m bruised hitting too often )room dark , had next to no sunlight getting to room . Felt like staff accommodation, no value for what I paid . Plug sparked , room left with no electricity , staff got electrician , room had power , when returned from day out . Unable to give us another room. The room was extremely disappointing.

Stunning view from the balcony and really nice beach close by. Free parking around. There is a kettle in the room (but no coffee) :) No shower gel, neither shampoo in the room. Check in is at 14h, by you might wait a little bit. No cleaning service on Tuesday and Thursday. Extra charge for wifi in the room.

Exceptional

Location, sea view. Personnel 1) I am sorry to say that but taste of food was not good. Basic chicken or beef was not cooked well. We couldn’t enjoy the food. Additionally, ham and pork was almost inside of everything. They had to consider that there might be people who couldn’t eat pork or ham. Ham was even added to salads or lentil soup but why? ?Also juices, tea and coffee tasted awful, like color paste. I had to buy coffee outside of the hotel. 2) Toilet had a bad smell. I think it was coming from the drain. Whatever we did, kept the toilet window open and ventilation open but smell was always there and it made it uncomfortable to use the toilet.

Not enough dishes for vegetarians.

Amazing location in between two wonderful beaches (Sa Coma and S'Illot), super friendly staff especially Esther remembered our names even before we arrived. The hotel luckily was not too crowded, nice evening shows, varied buffet (although too much pork which we don't eat so we missed out on a lot of dishes), true all inclusive also with all kind of drinks available at all times and we really liked that we could always dine outside on the terrace by the pool. We also liked that we could get a late dinner on the day of arrival as we landed late. Kids' club available 1-2 hours in the morning and mini disco every evening for kids and adults. We also tried the acqua gym class which was nice but too short. I hope we can go back next year, we truly enjoyed this holiday! The hotel nearby had very loud music which was a pity because our hotel had very nice evening entertainment. Many hotel guests were 'reserving' sunbeds by the pool without being there, even though the hotel policy said it was forbidden but finally did not enforced this rule, so it was hard to find a place. No room cleaning on Tuesdays and Thursdays was a bit problematic but the hotel staff was very kind to give us fresh towels when we needed them. The hotel suggested taking a shuttle service from the airport for which we needed to wait for over an hour and didn't tell us there was a local bus we could have taken which would have been also much cheaper.

Location and facility were great Staff weren’t helpful had a terrible night sleep. You can see though the bed room door as it was visible from all sides it was smaller then the door frame. So you could hear people walking talking way too noisey. Bin collection was heard from the room next door was smoking weed and music all night till 4 am for three days so yeh I went for a relaxing holiday but I wasn’t able to sleep because of noise and smell. In form reception but nothing was done no feedback no follow up such a shame a little more care would have been appreciated. Food was bad same food everyday left over food made into salad and served in the evening no Spanish dish was served very cheap fish chips burger pizza hmmm . There are many hotels round the corner pool is small in five days I did not get to sit by the pool all subbed reserved with towels although it wasn’t allowed so again staff little clueless
