Lovely place, very nice rooms, very friendly staff, excellent food. If any, that we could not yet control AC in the room at this time of the year

big room, no noise, clean, friendly staff, breakfast, dutch speaking reception,appreciated and personal check in with welcome drink, quick check-out.. Coffee at the coffee bar. some dishes at breakfast and dinner buffet were not hot enough. Orange juice should be the real fresh pressed one.

Low amenities, poor sauna, gym and indoor pool

Food was excellent. Balcony was nice. Didn't feel like a five star. Had to ask for extra blankets. No paper or pen in the room. More like a four star. I was told on the first night l couldn't have a glass of wine but had to have a full bottle so I didn't. The lady cleaning the room came in as l was getting dressed just after 9 am the first morning l was there. There should have been water included with the evening meal like in other hotels.

Quiet, clean and amazing breakfast! Located just a few steps from the beach, it’s great value for your money. The staff is incredibly welcoming and this hotel has everything you need for a relaxing time away from the crowds of Mallorca! Definitely we will return! Really minor inconvenience, but the bed was not the most comfortable

The staff is friendly and professional as it should be in a 5-star hotel. Perfect offer regarding the food choice and quality. Nice design of all hotel areas. Comfortable and very clean Luxury Suite.

The hotel was excellent, clean, modern and well laid out. The staff that greeted us on our first day were very friendly and informative. The pool, entertainment and breakfast facilities were also impressive. The only slight issue we had was the friendliness of the pool bar staff, they weren't rude but there certainly wasn't 'service with a smile'. It wasn't just us either, other guests received the same luke warm hospitality.

We had a really wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond with great attention to detail, kindness and consideration. I booked this hotel because of the wonderful reviews and they are really justified. A very genuine staff and a team all working together who take great pride in their work and look like they enjoy working together and in hospitality. We had a great visit. Thank you. Nothing.

Superb

The Property was a luxurious hotel, we upgraded to a suite which was even better. The suite had a beautiful large balcony overlooking the pool area, a large free standing bath and separate walk in shower. The large super king size bed was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in. We also loved the pool area, the sun loungers were large with soft padded cushions which made relaxing so pleasurable. The Cocktails were fabulous and freshly made by the friendly staff. Nothing.

The hotel really does go above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent stay. Amazing facilities, everything is really well thought through for the guests. They surprise and delight at every opportunity. We had a really lovely and relaxing stay here. The only thing we didn't like were the mattresses. These are clearly quite old and sink in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff did go above and beyond to try and solve this for us, with mattress toppers etc. which made it a bit better. Think hotel owners should invest in new mattresses though. Will save everyone a lot of hassle, as by staff's response, we clearly weren't the first people to complain about this. Thanks to the staff who really did try and solve the issue for us though.

Beautiful villa style property with well kept gardens . A lovey salt water swimming pool with ample sun beds and shades Being told by 1 member of staff we could not buy wine by the glass at dinner . She let the amazing g team here down with her attitude.

Exceptional

Breakfast and dinner buffet absolutely top class, star worthy. Heaven for healthy and fish lovers. Spacious rooms. Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent service. Gym could improve, however basic attributes present. Some ventilation noise of the neighbour hotel. Sa Coma itself is quiet in the evening. No bar street if you expect that.

Professional staff, high standard service, restaurant quality and variety of choice, very good location Very pronounced mouldy smell in the room with terrace on the ground floor, especially from furniture.

How relaxing it was The room had a strong tobacco smell, probably from the previous guest…

Superb

The breakfast was good and varied. Location was good. The yard area was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, smoking was allowed on the terrace and this affected the comfort when we were on the terrace. It was not nice to be a passive smoker all week.
