Location, staff, facilities Too old furniture (has not fresh smell)

The breakfast wasn't the best. The staff sometimes had an attitude with the guests and they seemed overwhelmed all the time. I requested to fill out my water bottle (still water) and they asked me to pay for it. Although they mentioned that it was free during check in.

The hotel was just ok. I would give it solid 3 stars. The rooms are outdated and smell mouldy. For the price we paid it was really good but nothing to rave about. The food was just ok.

There are less fruits in the restaurant especially at dinner

Hotel is Family friendly kids oriented with the animators Breakfasts not much to choose from in a 4 star hotel

  • Engine customer May 2026

The restaurant was sometimes too crowded, since It’s a large resort with a lot of people. Also, the children’s playground could be better maintained — the benches there were old and unstable.

Activities for kids, outdoor shows evening Attended an excellent circus acrobatic show while there Great room, beautiful view of sea from balcony Breakfast very good with many options Great shower Comfortable bed Great long walk by beach into a natural park! Difficult 1 day getting taxi with front desk calling for one-missed our cave tour? Need to allow extra time for taxi service- bus great if you plan ahead- does not run that frequent Rented bikes-easy to bike to next town on bike path, have locks so you can walk around, have lunch bike back (Trip with older kids,10&12,grandparents and parent)

    Pools cold

The hotel facilities were accessible to anyone from the street due to lack of a control who can access it (room card was not needed to enter into the property for example) therefore we felt lack of security. Some bartenders at the terrace during the night show were very kind while the others not that much

POSITIVES - The beach is excellent. - Several little shops in front of the hotel. NEGATIVES - The hotel is mostly German-speaking. I'd say 80% of the guests don't speak Spanish or English. For those with small children who speak English or Spanish, this can be a challenge. - Meal times (half-board or full-board): Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. If you're an early riser, you'll have to wait. Lunch is from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner has a terrible schedule, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you're enjoying the summer, you'll definitely miss dinner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAYING FOR THE FULL BOARD. Only if you plan to stay 100% of the time at the hotel. If you plan on exploring the city, you'll miss one of the meals and will have to pay to eat somewhere. - Parking: There's no parking, and they say there's public parking outside. Don't fall for it! Finding a spot is a nightmare! We rented a car, and it basically sat idle every day, because using the car and finding a spot is impossible. Parking is more than a 5-minute walk away. - Beach towels require a refundable fee, and they can only be changed every 3 days. It doesn't make sense. - Room cleaning is just making the bed. The floor is covered in sand every day. - Kids' area: Very little time. Only 2 hours in the morning, and a parent is required in the afternoon. So if you're looking to relax while your kids play, this isn't the place for you.

Location The swimming pools and proximity to waterfront Beautiful beach Kids activities (mini disco, games and play areas) AC available Lots of rentals available for bicycles and cars if needed Fridge was partly broken (wasn't a pb for us it's only the freezer door) Room not always clean The dining areas are very noisy (outside terrace is better if there is space) Not much to do in the area apart from touristic activities

It’s a great place to stay with small children. The beach is white sand with turquoise water, easy swimming and fun in the sand. There’s a nice boardwalk for walking up and down the beach too. The swimming pools are all really good and it’s nice to have so many different options to choose from each day. The food at the different restaurants was good overall, lots of variety. The room was comfortable enough, the air conditioning worked well. They provided a crib and a baby bath (upon request). We also arranged taxi pickup through the hotel and they were able to provide appropriately sized car seats for both my baby and toddler. The rooms are a little lower quality finishing in some areas than I expected for a 4 star hotel, like in the kitchen (but really nice in some areas too like the shower and with all of the swimming and food included the shower was far more important than the kitchen). There is a road you have to cross sometimes in the middle of the property which isn’t a huge deal but a slight inconvenience with small children to make sure they are safe crossing the road.

We had ants in both rooms

+ beach at the hotel was great - nice sand, perfect water + cleaning of the room ok - sunumbrella and one lounger at the beach 19€ :-(((( - food in hotel - too many sweets for breakfast. This is family hotel. Guess what kids want to eat when they see liquid chocolate, donuts, pancaces, cookies, pastries :( I have solution for you Hotel.manager: prepare a hide area, where all those sweets will be placed and parents! will decide if kids will eat it or not. Not kids. - a lot of unhealthy food for all inclusive as well - not to much from heatlhy food - usially not so nice cucumber and tomatoes without taste for breakfast - then they have a really huge cantine for all kids and adults - it means an chaos, a huge noise during the whole breakfast. Something what you really don't want to enjoy every morning :((( - during every breakfast the hotel stuff clean the dishes and glasses and cutleries and this make another increadible noise :-(((((

The male staff in the breakfast room right next to the kids pool were not as good as the big international hotel staff, and the rest of the staff were polite.

Amazing location right on the beach ? Plus beautiful swimming pools - 1 small indoor, 2 large outdoor, kids’ pool with waterslides right next to the playground and even a splash pad! Very convenient grocery store directly across the street behind the hotel. Everything you need for a great vacation with small kids ??

Breakfast was very good, big variety of food! The staff everywhere was amazing. Thanks to them! Our room wasn't quiet, there was a noise from the pool pump that we could hear all night. And the air condition wasn't on yet, so we were hot during the night.
