Absolutely amazing hotel very friendly staff room cleaned everyday

Very good food, neat Environment,receptionists very friendly No good Gym facilities.

Staff were fantastic- from housekeeping to reception to the waiting and bar staff to the kitchen staff and back office and maintenance. All extremely professional, helpful, polite and friendly. Andres, Luzia just to name a few. Choice of food was outstanding. Beds comfy. Rooms spacious. Sea views great! Bar team were sensational. Choice of drinks in the All inclusive was fantastic- the beer was decent and in the bar area served in proper glasses- and the wine was nice too. Although the choice of food was amazing, we occasionally had to warm it up provided microwave, and the hot choice meat was sometimes a little overcooked. It could be cooked fresh rather than stay on the hot plate/ grill for so long.

Amazing room with beautiful view, everything is super clean and also you can find shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.

Exceptional

Everything was newly renovated and clean, comfortable, the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was very limited. Butter went bad, which was told to the waitress and the cook on the second day, but unfortunately, on the third day, it was still the same pate with bad butter. The music was very loud till 22:30, which was a bit too long in my opinion.

Everything was so good. The weather was a little bit disappointed, coz it was in early April. The hotel and staff was very nice and friendly. The owner I believe was a man and he was so generous with us and our kids, the kitchen staff was amazing, good food, great location, well cleaned. It was a very good experience with 2 kids. We would love to come back again if we come back to Mallorca. Iberaol Siurell thanks ? for this time and thanks for everything.

This hotel literally saved our vacation. We left another hotel where the service was really bad and there was no water and came to this hotel where they helped us with everything. The room was great, with another small room on the side and a big balcony with sea sight. The staff very supportive, they let us check in earlier, helped us for airport shuttle, hospital, taxi, they offered a rich breakfast all inclusive and there is the possibility to have also lunch and dinner there. Free Internet (fast as well), swimming pool and a small gym. Really great overall
