The hotel looks good, and the rooms are spacious The locations is very bad. While it's very close to the beach, the street is crowded and full of kitschy shops and bars with live music until very late at night. It's impossible to rest.

When we checked in, we noticed ants everywhere in our room. We called and requested a different room but instead they sent someone to spray the room down with chemicals. Regardless, ants kept returning to the point where they left the bug spray in our room for us to use. There was a big sewage leak on our floor that resulted in some horrible smells in our room for 2 days. Again, after discussing with the hotel instead of changing our room they left a spray in our room to use to mask the smell. The beds were 2 single beds pushed together and creaked at every movement, no matter how small. The walls were thin and you could hear other people in their rooms.

Location is perfect. Beach is just 5 meters from hotel, many shops and small cafes nearby, bus stop is just around the corner.

Location! Superb beach. Nice natural reserve. Friendly restaurant staff. Coffee, tea & kettle and late Check-in dinner in the room. Good restaurant. Pool. Beach bar. Daily karaoke shows until midnight next door.

The location is great and the pool area is usually quite calm. The rooms are big and with a good sea view. It's not a 4 star hotel, 3 superior at max. Everything just feels very tired and old and the service, specially in the breakfast/restaurant is poor. The breakfast was ok, but dinner was so low quality we had to cancel half board after the first night

Room was spacious. There was free use of the locker and beach towels in the room were changed daily. Dinner buffet had good spread. F&b crew were attentive, kudos to the staff maintaining the grill/ omelette and pasta station. They were efficient in handling multiple orders. House keeping. I guess it’s specific for the room / floor we were in as I noted on other floors the balcony was vacuumed but not ours. And of course it was left sandy for 2 days. Not for the light sleepers as there was entertainment in nearby hotels and pubs which you can hear pretty clearly from the room till late ( after 11pm)
