نظافة الغرف سيئة جدا، رائحة الحمام سيئة، التنظيف سيء، طلبنا من الموظفين ان يغيرو لنا الغرفة او ينظفوها جيدا، ارسلو لنا منظفة، رشت رائحة على الارض ومسحتوالارض بممسحة غير نظيفة، قلت لها انه يوجد رائحة بالحمام سيئة، اتت وشغلت الماء في المجاري ومجاري الحمام وذهبت، الارض في قاعة الفطور لزجة من قلة النظافة، ينظفون بطريقة سطحية.

I arrived at the hotel at 6 am and requested an early check-in. I was prepared to pay 50% of the room rate. The staff informed me that a room with a bathtub was available at that time, but it wasn’t on a “great view” because it was on the lower level. They then advised me to check in at 2 pm for a “high floor view.” However, it turned out that the “high floor view” was actually on the 7th floor out of 18 floors. The view was not fantastic at all; it was just the view of the parking space. I would have preferred to check in at 6am rather than spending 8 hours at their lounge and swimming pool shower facilities..

Great location. Close to city center and Sapa Station to see Fansipan. The service was also great. You get discounts for the spa and restaurants. Everything is accessible and the view is amazing. Rooms should have USB outlets or more updated technology.

And the staff; what a superb group of dedicated people. Everyone was so pleasant and eager to please. You made our short stay really quite memorable. This one is dreadfully controversial because it has NOTHING tonso with the hotel... and it may come across absolutely rude so I apologize profusely in advance. I found the lady vendors who park themselves immediately around the hotel pushy to the point of being harassing. I LOVED being inside the hotel, however, I also found myself not wanting to go outside because I just didn't want to deal with them. As for the hotel itself; there wasn't anything I didn't like. It was truly lovely. Thank you

The KK is next level in Sa Pa truly a hotel that’s sets the standards for this area. The staff are so welcoming, the location is a little out of the main square but that’s great especially the little shops right there. The breakfast buffet is amazing and puts the ones in America to shame. Truly an amazing hotel. None

Amazing stay at KK Sapa! The staff were excellent and always welcoming, the view was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring Sapa. Our room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We would definitely consider coming back again on a future trip! One downside was that the room had a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, which took away a bit from the experience. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was very enjoyable.

Great location with the incredible view of the mountains and the Muong Hoa Valley. The hotel also has 2 entrances so if you want to go to the city, it is not that far (around 10-15min walk). It is worth the money.

The mountain view was worth the price, staff was super friendly and accommodating, facilities were very clean. Highly recommended hotel. The swimming pool had too much chlorine.

The location is just perfect . A 5 minute walk into Sapa main streets and 10mins to the train and funicular station. The hotel is cut into the mountains so has entrances on 1st floor for check in and 15th floor comes right out into the main streets of the town . The staff genuinely care and are so helpful , booking tickets for our Fansipan visits etc. It is spotlessly clean and the food is amazing . Nothing .

We had an amazing experience in Sapa! A special thank you to Thao, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She helped us organize our trekking and made everything seamless. We were also grateful for the beautiful room with a stunning view. it made the experience even more memorable. The breakfast buffet was incredible and delicious, with a great variety that changed daily, which we really enjoyed. The hotel also offers a very convenient lounge area where you can rest or even take a shower if you arrive early before check-in, which we truly appreciated.

The KK hotel was rather basic in quality, except for the magnificent view of the mountains and an extensive high-quality buffet. After an initial slight disappointment about the high-volume nature of this hotel we came to a complete peace after our interaction with the sweet Vietnamese staff. A young front desk employee named Kevin did everything he could to organize our outings and make our stay as comfortable as possible. All and all it turned out to be a rather comfortable and convenient stay. All was satisfactory
