5min walking from the centre, staff very helpful and the family room there’s a good space. Everything was clean, and they change the towers everyday. The room has a wear smell and the hot water is not that strong.

The hotel is well located, easy to get to the downtown. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is old and it shows a bit .

Friendly staff, good quality mid-range hotel, nice rooms, good wifi. No breakfast option, location is on a hill but isnt that bad.

The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. The pipe for the hot water burned my leg. The wood slats for the shower were broken, and the shower door handle was broken. The beds were also pretty stiff.

Smallish hotel, good value. Tam at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There would have been a nice view had the weather been better. It could have been cleaner but it was ok. Breakfast not included but lots of options in the town. Laundry was cheap, quick and came back fresh and nicely folded Main issue for me was the location. It's almost above the centre but to reach, it takes a climb of over 100 steps. We were able to get grabs back, so not a major issue. Just be aware if you are not good with steps. We didn't arrive until after 12 o'clock at night.I had informed the hotel but the night porter was fast asleep and we had major problems waking him to get into our room.

Tam at reception was absolutely lovely. I was ill and she was wonderful and kind to me which is what I needed thank you ?
