Nice and clean with friendly staff and near the city center - would recommend!

The light in the capsule room is not working, we tried almost all rooms and still the same. A fan could also be helpful as there was no aircon in the room. There is no need for the aircon at night because it gets cold..However in the morning until afternoon, it gets a little bit hot specially when you close your curtain for privacy since there is no electric fan in the room.

I would say the location was nice and it had great views. The beds felt as if the sheet were slightly wet all the time. I believe constant A/C usage and poor ventilation could be the cause.

The room was full of mold, the bed sheets were dump, was not clean. Over all very disgusting place, left after the 1st night because couldn’t stay there longer.

The sapa paramount hotel was overall a below average experience. I’ll start with the positives, the location is central, the staff is kind and friendly, the laundry service was affordable and timely, the bed was relatively comfortable, and the view from the lake view rooms is beautiful. However, there is an unusual smell in the hotel, the doors are paper thin which leads to constant noise at all hours of the night and early morning, and the water in the shower was mostly cold.

Staff were friendly. Bed was good and clean. Not too far from restaurants but need a bit walking Light in the bed was broken. Toilet was not very cleaned.

I stayed with them for nearly a month. Booking one night at a time... Aha. Very family friendly hotel /hostel. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks for looking after me and tell Su I say hello. ?. ? ✌️ ?. ?. Leaving ??..

Great location, super kind staff. I also did my laundry with them and it was great. They let me leave my stuff there when I want to stay at a mama. We had a private room. No elevator but the stairs are easy to walk up

Lovely owner and host, very helpful with local info and arranged for me to join an amazing 2 day 1 night tour. Great tour guide, Vinh, as well! Highly recommend staying here and going on this trek to remote and authentic regions north of Sapa. Also got laundry done in the same day, so fast! A couple guests were coughing and making noise all night, they should know better and get a private room. Not hostel’s fault

The bed was comfortable, with curtains for privacy, and the room had lockers. Towel and shower gel available. Tours and buses available to book. Very hot water. Breakfast available for 100k vnd (tea/coffee + fruit + pancake with mountain honey) Only one bathroom in the shared dorm (8 beds), which had the toilet and the shower/sink separated by a wall who did not go all the way up to the ceiling. The room was cold at night. The towels could be better.
