Staff was helpful. The room was dusty, so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

the owner was so nice and picked us up in the middle of the night. Valerie for money exceptional. heated blanket as it was freezing in sapa and helpful stuff. the bed could be a bit softer but that’s just what I prefer and the blue lights in the bathroom were a bit funny but it’s nothing to complain about to be honest.
