The hotel is in city center and 2 mins away from Sun Plaza. It is near all the good restaurants, pick up point, and viral attractions. The room is as you see it in the pictures. The owner is very nice and helpful. Offers cheaper prices for transpo and activities! English speaking too! Breakfast is wonderful and good. Highly recommended! None. It was perfect. I enjoyed Sapa more because my family stayed here. We are 10 people and all satisfied.

Cosy hotel with very helpful staff. Located in the centre of town which makes it accessible to places of interest (funicular train, restaurants etc). There is a small, steep uphill walk to the hotel which can be challenging to elderly persons. Breakfast is not buffet. Need to choose either 1 western or asian dish with coffee. Thats it

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Located near the sapa station. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Breakfast choices are limited. There are times while showering, the water becomes iced cold.

The good location because it’s just a walking distance from the restaurants, shops and activities. Some rooms just needs a little fix. For example, the shower door is not opening fully.

Friendliest staff, very comfortable, great location, amazing and complete facilities and amazing view. Very close to sun plaza and other restaurants, will definitely be back if we come back to Sapa.

Perfect location.. I could walk easily to all the restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious rooms with Mountain View… I only struggled with shower water. But a very lovely family hotel. Very kind people. Nothing not to like

They were not available to accommodate our early check-in time upon our arrival at 4:30AM despite informing them as there was no staff available to tend to us. We had to wait until 6AM for one of their staff to accommodate us.

Hotel location and staff behavior was good Most of the things were broken or missing The room we were given first did not have doors on the cupboard. Then staff changed our room but its shower was broken Then we were given a different and bigger room but it was not as clean as expected and missing handwash
