No elevator but the staff will help you with everything.

I love the location. It's very near to restaurants and shops. The room is clean and spacious. They also offer a delicious breakfast. Everything is perfect except for the lock of the door in our room - I can hardly open it.

The breakfast serving is great and tastes really good. No elevator and we stayed in 4th floor

Clean room, the location is great. Air Conditioning is not working but with Sapa weather it’s manageable.

Bed was uncomfortable and there was a bed bug in the bed

Good location The breakfast was very poor

The interior looks old but not in a bad way. The staff were all nice and kind despite language barrier. Walking distance to Sun Plaza and other local shop and restaurants Minimal: the aircon - I think you can only set it to 27-29, if you open the windows, it is much cooler

I would rather say that the room, the view and the facilities are good. The staff should inform us ahead of time about the things inside our room especially those bottled water. They should inform us that those 3 bottles outside or in the table are free but those bottled water inside the refregirator are not free.Just like other hotels we experience they inform us before we entered to our room.

room had been overbooked, the property refused our stay even the status was “confirmed”

The hotel is very affordable yet surprisingly clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from Sapa center, making it very convenient. None

I had a great experience. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the staff were truly amazing—professional, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily stay here again. Nothing

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The hotel is conveniently located near Sun Plaza and several restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat and explore. They also have their own restaurant on the first floor. The smell of freshly cooked pizza was so inviting that we ended up dining there on our first night, and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few minor issues. The curtain near the double-deck bed was broken, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It wasn’t a big issue since I was traveling with family, but it might feel a bit uncomfortable for those staying with friends. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have a lift. Climbing the stairs was quite exhausting, especially since my parents are nearing their 60s, and I am anemic, so it was a bit challenging for us as well. That said, these concerns did not significantly affect our overall experience. If you don’t mind taking the stairs, this hotel is still a solid option. However, if accessibility is a priority, you might want to consider other accommodations.

The hotel has a good location, our room was with mountain view where we had partial view but it was still nice and we didn't hear noise from the busy street. We had a nice stay in Sapa and this place was a very good value for money but for info see what we didn't like. Maybe the feedback will help hotel to improve. The hotel is on a slight slope which was okay for us, but maybe tricky for some. The wall below the windows was mouldy, we could see the condensation on the windows in the morning so this is not surprising then. The electrical stuff were a bit dodgy especially in the bathroom below the boiler and the wire of the hairdryer was taped, not sure about safety. The bed is a bit hard, the mattress could be updated. Overall was good for the price, but fixing little details could help (stained bedding, over-used towels, electrics, uncomfortable mattress, mould on the wall, broken towel holder, little dark in the bathroom-mirror lights would be great)

The Staff are nice and easy to approach. The room is great it’s spacious we can roam around our room. We enjoyed our stay here much cheaper compare to others. The room is clean including the beds and linens they also change our towels after using it once. We love the free breakfast tasty and good plus the vegetables are really fresh.. I highly recommend this accommodation. Location smart walking distance to sunplaza and other tourist spot in Sapa. The stairs. They don’t have lift/elevator just stairs hehe and it’s kinda tiring especially when your room is located at 5th floor like us. But Overall everything is good.
