The location is very near to Sun Plaza and all establishments, the spacious room give me enough to move around and do my work too No reception when you arrived in early morning, no bathroom available to freshen up and storage of luggage is just outside (which is very unsafe); no staff to talk and accommodate you in a very early morning.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Bath in the room with the red dao herbal bath product ready at hand (you do have to pay for this at check out but totally worth it) was a definite highlight. Fabulous restaurants in walking distance. the Ladybird Restaurant next door was a definite fave of ours. Walking distance to the lake and "train" to Fansipan. Be warned though if travelling to Sapa, the hawkers are RELENTLESS

I liked the design of the room and the location is very convenient at the centre of Sapa, but... ... that also means that it is very noisy (traffic, loud speaker annoumcements non-stop - not sure this was only the case because it was weekend). The staff is very unfriendly! When I checked in they told me that I could not pay with credit card, despite they declare on booking.com that they accept credit cards (yes, that was also one of the reasons why I booked the hotel!). I told them that they should correct the information, but the lady only laughed at me, looked at her screen and told me that there is an ATM in town. Very disrespectful. She also tried to sell me an overpriced taxi to the train station. (Note the public bus leaves just next door is reliable and cheap).

The staff was attentive and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. The included breakfast is not good and not worth paying any extra for to have breakfast included. It’s only one dish with no options other than a very overcooked and cold egg, rice, toast and noodles. The hot water in the shower only lasted 2 minutes and the drain didn’t drain whatsoever so the bathroom was completely submerged in water in under 2 minutes. There’s no heat in the room other than one small space heater and the bed warming pad.

The location in the city is great, a short distance to everywhere. The warm and comfy beds. A lack of hot water and breakfast outside during winter.

Premium quality for a low price! Nothing, the staff were excellent so accommodating and very supportive with all of our needs.

The rooms are very beautiful, and you can tell the owner put a lot of love into designing the interior. Everything is done with great taste. Our room was very spacious and had a stunning wooden bathtub. For breakfast, you can choose from a variety of Vietnamese dishes. I chose banh mi, and it was good.

The bathtub was great. The soap was great. Location was great. The room was nice and spacious. Good for Vietnamese tourists. The bed wasn't great, too soft for me. The room felt damp. The balcony had a view of just a wall. No cardmachine at reception, we had to walk in the rain when we arrived to draw cash. Staff speak no English.

The bathtub was just beautiful, I would have liked to use it more and more ! Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast that I could have in my room. A perfect stay during a misty day in Sapa.

Central town Door didn’t shut unless locked. Toilet in shower so got wet when showering, poor breakfast. Door opens up to public so heard the loud speaker each morning at 5:30am very loud in room for 30 mins and again in afternoon for 1 hour!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff made the trip for me- I left my passport in the room upon checkout and was on the way to Ha Long Bay (8hrs away) and the lovely lady at reception arranged for someone to send it to me by bus and I got it two days later!!!! Unbelievably kind and such a gem of a human being n/a
