The location is amazing and the rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The staff doesn’t speak English at all and it was difficult communicating with them.

A very spacious apartment. Great location. The service was great. We were allowed to check in early and also leave the luggage after check out. The reception lady was very kind and helpful Nothing

I like how friendly and approachable the staff are. We may have language barrier but they did their best to accommodate us. They even upgraded our room which is super nice. They gave noodles, veggies, fruits and lotssss of water for our stay for free since we don't have breakfast. The location is superb! Very close to Sa Pa Station and center so it is easy to navigate. And during our checkout, they even gave us 2 jars of candies as a thank you for staying with them, which was super thoughtful. I will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Sa Pa! We definitely enjoyed our stay. ☺️ The elevator is a little bit sketchy because it closes and open super slow and there were times when it smelled like pee. Maybe some drunk dude peed on it or something which is gross.

The hotel has a lift, which was really helpful for seniors and PWD's. One thing we really loved was that all the beds in our first room had mattress heaters. Since SaPa gets really cold at night, it made a huge difference and helped us sleep comfortably. In the second room (on the 9th flr, the one we originally booked), a few beds didn’t have mattress heaters but it wasn't a big deal. You might also hear a bit of noise from the neighborhood until around 10 or 11 PM, but it quiets down after that - nothing too bothersome. And as a sweet gesture, they even gave us some local treats when we checked out - such a thoughtful touch! – They do accept credit card payments, but it’s charged per day, which isn’t very practical since there’s a 3% fee for each transaction. – It was a bit of a hassle to repack all our bags and luggage just to move to another room, although the staff did help us carry everything over, which we appreciated.

Big spaces in the apartments. Good location to walk everywhere. Nice beds. Good views. Nice to have a washing machine to access but I did think I had one in my own room and not to share with every room. That was unclear in the listing. Windows leaked condensation and all over the floor and luggage. Smell of mould. Was difficult to communicate with any of the staff.

very large apartment with nice clean bathroom. front office staff lien spoke excellent english and was very helpful in recommending places and arranging a guide/driver lobby and frontage are a bit dated

Could do better with heater. They have heater for the beds but there isnt any heater in the common room.

The staff were incredible. On our last day, we left before breakfast opened due to our flight time, and they made us breakfast to take with us. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had in vietnam

Location was outstanding! Beds were comfortable. Very moldy and wetness on floor and walls.
