Amazing family feeling! Great hosts!

So glad I booked this for a couple of nights away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa Town. My room was gorgeous, and looked out onto the fields and mountains. The attached cafe is an excellent feature, and they were thoughtful enough to build numerous outlets next to tables, making it perfect for remote work. The food at the attached cafe was ok although I think there's some room for improvement. Luckily the atmosphere and the views more than make up for that.

Loved the hospitality of the family who own this property, amazing views and great laundry service.

Great stay, but the steps and path to the bungalow was very slippery and could be maintained better. The electric blanket was a lifesaver!

The views are insanely beautiful from your room and the shower works well with heat. Staff were so lovely and The on-site restaurant serves good coffee and food with again crazy views Not a complaint but more something to note, we went in a cold season and you have no extra heating bar a heated blanket on the bed which is very welcomed!

Cozy double bedroom with nice view. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The homestay also attaches with Lua cafe with an amazing view of the mountains.

The family in Comlam Eco House are so friendly and beautiful. Making me feel like at home. I will miss them... I love the rooms very clean and tidy. The location is Great, I will 100% Return. What I didn't like was checking out and leaving. I didn't Want to leave this beautiful village home stay.

Stayed here over TET, it was a really nice place to chill out in. Staff were all very helpful & friendly. Even though the kitchen was closed for dinner during the holidays, we still had a breakfast every morning ? a nice and welcoming homestay. The bungalows were very cold, thankfully we had an electric blanket provided from the staff ? because it is the only way of keeping warm during winter season and staying in the bungalows.

Nothing We booked a family room at the hotel which we would pay at check-in. We even messaged the hotel staff to confirm whether we needed to pay in advance, and they said no. But when we arrived, they told us there were no rooms available—so frustrating! They sent us to another homestay, which was terrible—no view, no breakfast, and the bathroom was in awful condition.

Very beautiful location in Ta van. The family was very helpful in booking taxis from and to Sapa and organising an excellent trek with a local guide. We went during winter and the provided heated blanket kept us very warm. The food is delicious! Some of the best I’ve had in Vietnam. Definitely try the fried rice and slow cooked pork belly. The shower didn’t drain very well.

The bungalow was incredible, very comfortable bed with heater on, great amount of space and terrace, absolutely loved it. The hosts were super helpful and the cafe was convenient and great place to sit and admire the nature. I highly recommend this place and i hope to be back in summer ?

Incredible location and very cute bungalow. The staff is very helpful and nice. We were there at the beginning of the winter season. The bungalow did not have a heating system except for a heating blanket.

Really peaceful location, nice atmosphere, comfortable bungalow, great shower, friendly staff and tasty food!! Only a minor grumble, but a couple of floorboards were split, making walking around the bungalow a little sketchy
