Room was clean, aircon was cold and near Sa Pa station and restaurant. We love the 24 restaurant near the hotel also. Room rates are affordable No breakfast offer.

City center Zero Hygiene. Absolute dirtiness. The room hasn’t been cleaned for ages perhaps. The bed’s springs stick out the frame!

They did not keep my booking and when I arrived the hotel was full . I was not able to stay at the hotel

The staff, the location and the restaurant options. The hot water was good but no indicator and hard to adjust the heat.

I don't know why there are any negative reviews at all for this place. The family who owns this place are extremely sweet people and way too cooperative. And the room that I booked was perfect. And Air conditioning had heating option aswell which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed my stay. And the plus point is they have elevator. Everything about this place was perfect. And this is my genuine review. Nothing.. Everything was perfect..

The staff was so wonderful! I finished a sunrise hike summitting Fansipan and I asked if I could check in early after the cable car back down and I was able to check in mid-morning. I also was feeling a little sick the next day when checking out and they allowed me to stay a couple hours later. That was so kind of them! I greatly appreciated it! The room was wonderful and as soon as I arrived, the door was open and ready for me and the room looked amazing and smelled so nice! The room was warm enough for me in the winter and the shower was great. Honestly, if I were to stay in Sa Pa again, I'd stay here for the entire week. Price was great. Location was great. Everything was wonderful! Nothing to say - everything was lovely!
