If you want perfect hotel accommodation right in the middle of everything, this is it! It is surrounded by great shops and bars, and the staffs are so friendly. The room was huge and beautifully decorated—definitely an accommodation I’d book again!

Centrally located, helpful front staff, great spa, hotel restaurant. They had all of our four rooms next to each other which was so considerate. Showers weren’t my favorite.

Excelente location, breakfast, clean. The room has a beautiful decoration. The hotel has very nice Sky Bar with a good view and Spa with good massage. Jayce is was amazing in our reception, prepare a beautiful room for us. Thomas was very gentle and help us with information about Sapa. All staff are good and smile every time! We had a wonderful time in Hotel Sapa Square!!

Location was good if you want to be right in the center of town Very noisy area. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Walls are thin so heard kids screaming and parents screaming at the kids until midnight for 2 nights . Staff was rude. We had issues with the air con in our room and after a lengthy discussion before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not clean especially in bathroom with mold growing in shower, Buffet breakfast was only average.

Our stay at Hotel Sapa Square was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location—very close to practically everything, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff provided truly delightful service. Special thanks to Thomas, Kelvin, and Levi from the Front Desk Reception team, who were exceptionally helpful and always seemed to anticipate our needs. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. For the price we paid, we felt that the hotel offered great value for money. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, service, and value. Our only concern was that our family suite did not have a window, which would have made the room feel more comfortable and airy.

The location was prefect and next to Sun Plaza and many other popular spots such as the stone church, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was great and value for money. The hospitality and services provided was beyond our expectations, in particular Mr. Thomas (front office). There is nothing that I dislike about this hotel.

The hotel is really nice—I loved the interior. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around. The location is very convenient, right next to Sapa Station, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐

Breakfast was good, and the location is great with plenty of nearby restaurants. The receptionists speak good English, making communication easy, and they were very helpful in booking our transfer for the tour. Would recommend! ⭐

The location is superb. Staff are friendly and lots of variety in their breakfast. The breakfast is not prepared on time, 6:30 is the breakfast time but it’s almost 7am when it’s totally prepared and the crew at the live cooking station showed up. Also, they dont change their menu. Although, there’s a lot of option to choose from.
