It was right next to the ski slopes very good location. I ate dinner almost every day here and the dinner choices were so delicious. Better than eating in the restaurants outside in my opinion. The beds were comfortable, thank God. And the staff were so friendly, especially in the dining area so welcoming, so happy and attentive. And my bedroom overlooked a beautiful view of the ski slopes in the mountains. .

Top location, very few hotels in Saas Fee are as close to the slopes as Hotel Bristol Lack of facilities - nothing much to do in the hotel apart from sleep and eat

Perfect location. Nice pickup service for luggage. The hotel advertises their rooms as being “double” while they are in fact “twin” beds. The bathroom has no door. Had I known this about the rooms, I would not have booked this hotel. The staff said that the twin beds were meant for friends, in case they would want their beds separate. However, this doesn’t make any sense as these rooms don’t offer privacy (lack of bathroom door). I did not appreciate the lack of honesty from the staff. In this situation, they should make a commercial gesture… which they did not. Also the breakfast is quite mediocre, no pastries, frozen bread.

Best location in Saas fee. Hotel Bristol runs like clockwork. Family run for decades and it shows. Our room overlooked the mountains and slopes. Right in the heart of town but very quiet. Ski to slopes in 1 min. Staff were lovely We would have liked more cooked options for breakfast. Only eggs available with cheese meats cereals.

Great hotel right in the middle of the village and super close to the lifts

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and great staff. During the night our neighbours were taking a bath at 04:30 in the morning several nights which was distrubing.

I really enjoyed the details of the accommodation ? the staffs are really nice and gave me a lot of useful suggestions. The hotel room was cozy, quiet, especially the beddings are very comfortable, I slept very well. I will come back again in the ski season!! Nothing

Great location opposite end of town from bus station with unobstructed views of the glacier. They pick you up from the bus station if you call them which is a nice treat. A great value for the money. Beds were hard

Breakfast was fine, there can be improvements on more healthy food. Tiny room, checkout was at 10.00, a lady knocked my room and asked to leave asap :/

The hotel has a good warm atmosphere and I felt myself home. The house has a beautiful furniture and design, with excellent quality and condition. The single bed was huge and very comfortabel. In the bathroom there was not only a shower, but also a bathtube - how nice. In the room it was silent. The breakfast room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. I had to leave very early and the hotel chef kindly made possible that I got a good breakfast bag with me and could drink a cup of coffee in the morning. In a building beside the hotel there are joga lessons and other activities, where you can go even once - unfortunately I did not have time to do this. I would like to come again to this hotel, it was a nice surprise!
