Built in characteristic Valais style, Hotel Burgener is located next to the Alpin Express and Spielboden-Platt Cable Cars and to a 9-hole golf course, and just 984 feet from the center of Saas Fee. Free WiFi is available. All rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom. Some have a balcony overlooking the mountains. The restaurant at the Burgener Hotel offers classic Swiss specialties, grilled fishes, and finger food. An après ski bar with a modern lounge area is right next to the hotel. Upon arrival, guests will receive a pass providing the following benefits: During summer (June to October), public transport and the cable cars in the Saas Valley (except the Metro Alpin) can be used free of charge (not valid for Summer skiing). In winter (October to April), public transport is free and discounts are offered for several activities.

very close to chairlifts and gondolas and to pretty much everything in town. Breakfast variety could have been a bit bigger. Also rooms could use another 5-10 cm more.

Breakfast was ok, the location was good for town and slopes. Nowhere secure to leave luggage on last day or to get changed from skiing clothes.

What I liked most was the location, which was very close to everything: slopes, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff was also very attentive. While the breakfast was sufficient, it lacked variety.I would have preferred some vegetables, but that’s just my personal choice.

I was upgraded to the Larix Hotel. Great location, big room with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The included breakfast in the morning was a classic buffet with eggs, toast, yogurt, cereal, etc. You also get the SaastalCard for free transportation all around Saas. They are no fridge in the room and the room key is a little bulky.

Our apartment was changed to the Larix hotel. Everything was perfect!! good breakfast with different dishes. Perfect nature and adorable marmots. Thanks

The location is good, next to the Spielboden lifts. The bed was very uncomfortable - this room was apparently an upgrade but I had 2 really bad night sleep (between the bed and the very uncourteous neighbours slamming the door next door and talking very loudly)

Comfy bed! In this room, we did not need courtains because it was on the fourth floor, and we had a mountain view. Also, the sound of the river nearby was pleasant. The roof above the shower was low. For me (1.65m) was ok, but not for my husband (1.78m).

I got upgraded to another branch of the hotel so I feel like I cannot comment on the hotel in question. Nevertheless, my experience was entirely positive.
