The Larix -Ski in, Ski out

We really enjoyed our stay at Larix. The airport pickup was very easy to arrange, the staff was excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. There is après-ski every day, which is worth considering when booking. That said, we actually enjoyed the atmosphere from our balcony. With the windows closed, the noise was minimal and did not affect our stay.

location and the view to the mountains is great and food was excellent there is no spa ;)

On the slopes with a good breakfast. Friendly staff and fun après-ski which does not last too late so you can sleep.

Location... possibly the best location in the whole resort. Very close access to slopes and lifts. Comfortable bed Good powerful shower Young male receptionist gave very helpful advice about sending an item our son had left behind after his departure The female receptionist was not very helpful. When we arrived, we told her we were looking for a place to watch the international rugby match. She said she didn't know anywhere we could watch it. Later (after much searching, phoning and walking) we did find a place to watch it, and we told her afterwards where we'd gone. She said, "Yes, that's our sister hotel." Why didn't she know or share that they showed international sports in their very nice bar on a very big screen only 5 minutes walk from our place? Also, we then discovered there is a large tv right there in the lounge of our hotel... However, the room tvs had no working UK channels, so maybe the lounge tv was the same.

Great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good. The apres ski bar is great. The receiptionist wasn't very helpful.

The ski room was little basic. It was often left unlocked. Needs a different system perhaps a key code lock

Restaurant closed and bar/cafe often closed. Overpriced and not 3 star hotel.

Directly on slopes for skiing and return. Taxi service provided by hotel on arrival at bus terminal and on departure. Bar inside hotel closed by late afternoon so couldn’t use after skiing.

-Location is amazing -Aprè ski nearby is super nice -pastries in the reception desk -Rude personnel (the lady in reception; rest were super friendly and accommodating) -Very old rooms with bad insulation from neighboring rooms -Breakfast very bad quality and very limited options -Ski room not accessible from the building interior -A lot of families and can be very noisy as the spaces are really small
