Breakfast and hours were good. Disappointed they didn't note parking fees upfront.

We showed up late to our reservation after a few delayed flights, the bedding was wet and the room dirty. We requested new bedding but was told that previous staff had messed up and they had no dry bedding. After demanding some form of blankets we were given a few random sheets that didnt fit our bed. On top of this misshap the room was dirty. Pat did offer us another room option but not equivalent to what we purchased because all other rooms were dirty. At this point we had lost any hope for a decent stay for the weekend and decided to cancel and stay elsewhere.

Breakfast was pretty good, and it looked like the rooms had undergone some renovations, which was nice. The cleanliness could be improved, though.

I have to say that this stay was one of my worse!! We came in thinking we could trust this hotel to provide us with a nice stay after a long drive. Boy, we're we wrong! Being that my husband is a heart transplant recipient, I have to make sure everything is up to par. Upon entering the 1st room, I always check for cleanliness of everything, especially bed and bath areas. Lo and behold hairs we're all over both beds and in sink and definitely in shower. Informed desk of this. He said I could move you to another room. I said "Ok". The next room was worse! More hair everywhere and the sink had spit and toothpaste in it. My stomach turned. I went back to the front desk and complained. He said I could put on the second floor. I disagreed. No apologies yet! Because sometimes that works better! Atp I should have just left but we we're tired. So now the housekeeper gentleman is cleaning the room from top to bottom, while I watch! The morning that general manager came and said he saw the note from overnight, he offered me one $15 parking fee refund. I was appalled at the suggestion and told him sometimes a simple apology would suffice. To show the customer you truly care is what it is to me. Best Western failed us and we will never return! Very good

Everything was great the hotel and facilities were great The bed bug bites I received weren’t nice I had bites on my legs and sides , the smell in the room had a pungent sewer odor.

I had a pretty good stay at the Best Western. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasant. The only issue was the bathroom door—it didn’t close properly and needs to be fixed. Other than that, everything was good, and I would stay here again.

Is in renovation

No hacen las camas a menos que uno lo solicite

The rooms are motel-style with exterior entrances, meaning your room door opens directly to the outside. Because of that, especially in Florida with sand, humidity, and lots of foot traffic, I think the rooms need a much more thorough cleaning between guests. The laminate floors were the biggest issue for us—my daughter’s feet were absolutely filthy from simply walking around the room. The room wasn’t terrible by any means, but it definitely needed a good deep clean rather than just a surface cleaning. I also found it odd that the lobby closes overnight and doesn’t reopen until 7 a.m. I’m not sure what time it closes, but for a packed hotel in such a busy area, that was surprising. Good location, decent accommodations, and nice updates—it just needs more detailed and consistent cleaning practices to really live up to its potential.
