Checked us in to a room that had not been cleaned. When they gave us another room, the manager advised they would credit 50.00 towards the room rate. When I checked out after waiting at an empty front desk for a considerable amount of time, it was noted that no credit had been given. This then took more time to have it corrected. otherwise a good stay, clean hotel, friendly staff.

The $30 a day for parking is crazy literally the beds are not sleep worthy at all $15.99 for a regular breakfast that you get that free at other hotels it was not worth it at all but other then that 5.7 out of 10

Beds were a little hard but clean. I didn’t like the barn style bathroom door. There’s a big crack other room guest can see through and very little privacy.

Pool was great and all but 1 staff were excellent 1 x reception staff, who was on his mobile on our arrival, was very unwelcoming on checkin. Offered minimal information so we had to ask numerous questions, even down to where was the lift. As we left the hotel for the first evening, he was sat on a guest sofa again on his mobile which summed up his customer service skills

1. The door to our room needed to be slammed shut in order to close properly. 2. The bathroom door did not offer much privacy, nor did it lock. 3. The room was listed as balcony with pool view - far fetched description!

This place was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and I must say the bed was great. The location was very good as well. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
