Property is conveniently located. We could tell they had done some recent updates. However, the room was not cleaned very well. There was trash around the bed and bottle caps on the window ledge. Quiet, spacious room and very friendly staff. Too bad housekeeping was lacking.

Property was a little unkept on thw outside but inside was clean. Court yard and parking lots were dirty.

Staff is very nice. BUT=Hotel is old, not updated. Smells bad, lots of ants in areas of room. Would not stay again.

From check-in to check-out, the 4 staff members that I dealt with were considerate, professional, polite, respectful and helpful in all things. The room was very clean with the appropriate amount of amenities and the A/C ran reasonably quiet while in use. The included breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of selection. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and could have used a bit more padding between the “support system”and the bottom sheet for a firm but smooth mattress experience. The frame holding the bed (or the metal encasing the frame) was loose and a bit noisy. My overall experience was enjoyable with these suggestions provided for some improvements to bring the rating to excellent.

We stayed at this hotel almost 1 year ago and the changes we saw were all downhill. The pool was not clean, it had black algae all over the bottom of the pool and broken tiles around the edges of the pool. Our room was not very clean and had a broken bed table and no power in the outlet for a lamp or phone charger. The breakfast room was not cleaned well and had torn curtains on at least two windows. The food served was scrambled eggs, potatoes and potatoes and bacon added to the scrambled eggs. Biscuits, bread lot of carbs and NO fruit. Nothing not even bannanas or apples. I saw guests with families walk in check out the food and only let their adolescent boys eat sealed Little Debbie muffins and left.

Professional and very friendly personnel. Charming amnesty with its lovely garden rest area. Breakfast was just great. That'll be my place whenever I go to St Augustine

Convenient to everything great location great people, lovely rooms

Location is great. Front desk was nice and cordial. Needs a lot of maintenance. Dirty, you could see dust in the walls even. When asked for some clean towels (3 times) we were given 1 set of towels for 3 people, and the “turnover” of the room was : leave the towels in the bed, get the garbage. That’s it. The breakfast included is alright but again, the room is a total disaster. Broken and ripped curtains, doesn’t seem very clean, very disappointing selection.
