The location was excellent. Saint Augustine is a beautiful city. It was right across the street from the tram pick up and the fountain of youth on the other side. A Denny’s on site. A nice Japanese restaurant just offsite good barbecue across the street but because I had a dog I was put in an offside building with Wi-Fi that landlord was not sufficient enough to have Cabal TV and had to change rooms twice I’ll stop there

The property was just minutes away from everywhere you’d want to see and it had a Dennys there. The only downfall was the refrigerator wasn’t working when we got there but that wasn’t a major deal.

There was a roach infestation under my bed and when we got moved rooms there was a big cockroach behind my bed. All I got was an im sorry ill let the supervisor know. They "cleaned" the new room. Literally just mopped and left the dead roach. All I got after my stay was an I can give you a free night but you have to contact the general manager or Windham for more. Then got no info for any from the person and I asked twice. The rooms were broken, dirty, the sheets never changed just the bed fixed. People were smoking and when I said something because i have asthma i got ignored until morning then told to let them know if someone is smoking. I did....new room had the A/C leaking so bad there was a pool of water going from the unit to under my bed.

We stay here a lot! Its nice cheap clean and everyone is so nice. The only thing is yall really need new pillows. They are terrible! Other than that its great!

the location is great but compared to other properties in the are this side was the most lowest rating the other part of the property whic was another color brown building seem to look more up kept ,ore than this property. the property look drity and there was a lot of people hanging out around te property the workers stay on the property as well

Location was good. A lot of homeless people this time around. Felt a little unsafe. Saw a few bugs that we didn’t see the previous time we stayed.

Everything. That I had to walk all the way from the St John Express station by foot/ or take an extra taxi to get to the hotel

Close to the beach and the beds were comfortable. Dirty, especially the floors, make your feet black. Old fashioned no updates, felt run down.

this hotel was amazing, staff was friendly, room was clean and the pool was amazing. its in walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

The property needs to be update the outside was not clean, but the room was clean.

Infested by German roach.
