A fire alarm went off around 12:30am. Shaking us out of bed and potentially incurring permanent hearing loss. That is not the hotel’s problem. However, nobody told us to evacuate until we went downstairs to check out the situation. Only then did we find out that the hotel was evacuated. Thank goodness the fire was a smoke issue with an a/c motor and not a threat. After 30 minutes in the parking lot we were allowed to go back to our room. The protocol for emergencies was clearly not followed and ruined our evening and our trip. Very unfortunate

Air conditioning in the room was awful! It was so humid my clothes were damp😳 woke up several times during the night because it was so hot & humid. Property clean, & recently updated. Not oceanfront but a good view from our room. Convenient location to w everything

This was a great Hotel great location. Plenty of Restaurant options nearby. Clean rooms. Beach is steps away.

Access to the beach and the pool

I requested and paid for an accessible room. Upon check in i was informed that the guest that was in that room decided to extend their stay. Note that I didnt even get a text nor any other form of communication prior to my arrival. Though i was given another room, it was not the King size bed i had requested rather 2 Queen beds. As a disabled person, it was difficult to manage the walkin shower which had a wide and high threshold. There were no grab bars which made it even more precarius. I requested a shower seat but was informed they did not have one. They apologized and provided me free parking for the three day stay and one complimentary breakfast. I regret choosing this hotel.

You could actually get a real breakfast and it was prepared to our satisfaction. The staff was very friendly and done their best to satisfy our needs. The Hotel was a bit more plush than your average hotel. But it could us another elevator, to cut down on wait time other than that it was great.

It was good. Nice. Ac loud but worked. No bidet though :( we as a society should normalize bidets. Maybe this hotel can lead the movement. Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

The property itself was clean and spotless however the staff needs some training improvement, breakfast was ok but we were on a rush and they didn’t provide us with enough guidance, we paid and requested a nice view and we paid a good price and we only had a terrible view to the parking lot

I really liked how nice the staff were and how inviting they were. I didn’t like how I asked 3 different people to help with our sink as the stopper wouldn’t stay up which caused it to have standing water and slowly drain. No one ever came to fix it.

Location and amenities were good AC in room and broken showerhead that needs repairing

Good We have stayed there several times before We had some concerns at check in. We had already paid Booking.com $ 700.00 for the week. We explained that to the clerk on check in but she charged my card another $ 691.00. We re still trying to get it corrected. My credit card was blocked because of the double charge. We have still not got it corrected.

With two teen girls this was a great choice, so close to the beach and food. Great staff

No long wait at check-in or check-out. Plenty of parking. Beautiful buling inside and out. Our room was well taken care of. Housekeeping refreshed our towels and water bottles and offered more if needed. Access to the beach walking less than one block away. Convienent outdoor showers to rinse off before going back in the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful 3 night stay.

Super clean and very well maintained. Fun, comfy pool, walking access to a superb beach, tasty breakfast menu. Loved our visit here!

Tv reception and wifi

There is not a pool bar or restaurant during the day. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Good for the most part but I unfortunately found what looked like mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and wall. My TV had zero signal upon arrival but the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding and even sent a text to check in. I really did appreciate that part. But the only solution was to change rooms, that specific TV just wouldn't seem to work. It was inconvenient having to move all my luggage to the room next door. Luckily not too far of a room but still inconvenient. Breakfast was also not included and was a bit too pricey in my opinion. Pool was very nice. Absolutely no problems with staff they were very helpful.
