Checkin was disappointing as I had to keep calling to see if I could get an early checkin about 2PM due to a weddidng rehursal at 4PM. Calling ahead did not help nor the checkin desk. I arrived at 2:30 with a 40 minute wait and then an additional 30 minute wait. I had to go to option 2 (friend's house) to change clothes and get ready and ended up checkin in at 10 PM... very stressful

Breakfast & Amenities: Breakfast was advertised as included but wasn't available, and the property is heavily outdated. The pool is extremely small. Hidden Fees & Parking: Parking is not listed as an extra fee in the description. While quoted at $25/night, I was billed $27 plus taxes $3.25, and mandatory valet meant tipping $5 every time I needed the car.

Very clean hotel the location was very nice short drive to everything loved that publix was right there the ice machine was everything to me lol I love ice house keeping came to our room everyday to clean and make sure we had clean towels short walk to the beach breakfast was so good

Free breakfast is a plus . This is a dog friendly hotel so the hallways have a slight odor but rooms are clean and good. Pool is nice with pool towels included . Short walk to beach .

The hotel is wonderful. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and walking distance from the beach. We didn’t expect they only offered valet parking. It was sort of inconvenient not having the flexibility to access our car anytime (bit of minor issue) also a fee that wasn’t bad but again unexpected. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooftop lounge is very nice. The breakfast was included and very convenient for families or if you aren’t interested in the gastronomical experience of St. Augustine city which is superb.

The hotel still felt brand new. We were able to check in early which was great for us. The bar upstairs was wonderful and we visited it twice as well as Michaels, which was delicious. We were in room 249 and a palm branch was in the balcony with us as we tried to sit outside. We tried to push it away to no avail. It really needs to be cut back.

breakfast was great they need to offer some fresh vegetables. Overall i really have nothing to complain about. the place was spotless. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.
