The Saint Augustine Beach House

This was my second trip to the Beach House. I love it! The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and not what you might imagine. The rooms is bright and cheerful and the layout works wonderfully. I cannot wait until I can visit again!

The staff were pleasant and very helpful and the location is ideal. We are so happy we stayed here and hope to return in the near future.

Awesome lil place right on the beach!

Great view. Great rooms. Loved not hearing neighbors next to us, but there is construction going on next door that we heard. Staff was great. They use very strong scented detergent for linens incase you’re sensitive like us. Breakfast was okay.

Nice place to stay… the beach location is great.

What a wonderful place to stay. You can’t beat the location, staff is wonderful. Room is clean. Don’t think twice about booking your stay with them. We cannot wait to come back next summer !! There’s also a public across the street, so you can get snacks and drinks for the beach or for the evening as you sit on the balcony. Make sure to wake up to see the sunrise one of the days. It was absolutely PERFECT!

Breakfast was great every morning. It is within walking distance to a Publix. A really nice section of beach. The best part was the complimentary Uber. We told the front desk we wanted to go into St. Augustine every morning and within 10 minutes we had an Uber there to pick us up. When we were ready to come back, we just called the front desk and they sent an Uber to pick us up. That saved us a lot of money on parking in town, and the hassle of looking for somewhere to park. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend them.

What a special place! We had a wonderful holiday weekend. This place is a nice mix between hotel and condo. The unit was clean and well-designed with a nice little balcony. The location is ideal - right on the beach and walking distance to Publix and at least 4-5 restaurants. We never used our car once. The management was super friendly. There was a made-to-order breakfast each morning. They have towels, beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. It was a hit for our dog, who loved to be able to dig in the sand and cool off in the ocean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Little Older Hotel. Staff was incredible! We will be back!
