The owners are awesome and have been for a long time. Never a bad time to stay in what they own.

everything was good. calm, quiet, the service was very attentive, the breakfasts were delicious. Room 205 was quite clean and had enough towels. The only thing that could be improved is the filter in the A/C.

Room needs a deep clean. Shower curtain had mold on it. Bed was not comfortable. The A/C worked great and staff are friendly. The carpet is filthy, wear your shoes at all times.

We love the breakfast!coffee, juice, teas - fruits - yogurts - bagels - pastries- pancakes - sausausage biscuits …. It was a great stay As Always!!

No lock in sliding glass door to balcony (2nd floor). No chain or second lock on actual door! Air conditioner was loud like an old air plane engine (was plenty cold though). Staff was nice. Great view of the sea (with the public beach parking lot etc in the foreground)but the place is kind of tired.
