St George Inn

Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Saint George Inn! We had read some reviews mentioning that there was no hot water, but that was definitely not the case during our stay. The inn was very clean, the staff were great, and overall we were extremely happy with our experience. We would definitely stay here again and will return! Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed here. The room is really cute, very comfortable bed and pillows. The shower pressure was great. The room and property was very clean. It was an amazing view and enjoyed sitting outside and people watching. We sat downstairs and listened to music and sipped wine. We were in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a terrific time! Will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at St. George Inn. The rooms were perfect!! As always the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will not stay anywhere else when visiting St. Augustine!

It was an excellent stay in a total package, centrally located in the Old town of St Ausgustine. The staff, kudos to Danielle, Liam and Caleb were very kind and helpful in every way, The breakfast was very savory and well planned out. The room with balcony was very clean with excellent views of the Fort and center courtyard. Every shopping and restaurants were with in walking distance. Next time I would reserve early and would stay here again,

Didn’t realize no elevator was available, we were assigned a room on the third floor. Very narrow stairs. Bathroom shower was very small and dark. Cute place but would not stay in this room again.

St. George Inn is perfectly located very close to the old city gate. The luggage unloading area is right in front of the hotel door split by the Orange St. close to St George St. Orange St is split into two ways by the Old City Gate. The unloading area is by the Orange St. close to the Old City walking historic area. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean, cozy with Old City style. As it’s just located at the edge of the historic walking area and super close the Castillo, everything is within walking distance. Once you park the car in the big parking garage right across the Orange St, you don’t need it till leaving. Would definitely come back.

The St. George Inn was wonderful - right in the heart of the historic colonial district. When we arrived a little early, the staff handled our luggage and took it to our room while we parked offsite. At check-in, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine and escorted to our room and given a tourist guide with a map. The room was very clean, roomy, comfortable, modern and amazingly quiet given we were in the middle of a busy tourist area. It was great to be able to leave our room and walk throughout the colonial quarter - including the fort, waterfront, and loads of restaurants, shops, and attractions. One of the nicest stays we've experienced. My only advice is to pay close attention to the letter they send about GPS directions and the loading zone when you arrive.

We enjoy the convenience of the location and the hospitality of the staff.

Location was the greatest aspect of this hotel, right at the end of St. George Dr. This made it really convenient to walk to many eateries and music spots. Don’t park in the dirt public parking behind the hotel. We parked there when we arrived and paid for a 30-minute stay. We came back to the car 22 minutes later only to find a parking ticket for over-staying our paid time. Luckily I kept the receipt, so now we need to file an appeal. Lastly, and most annoying, was that remodeling was going on below our unit, so noise was QUITE annoying. To give credit where it’s due, the management credited us for one night due to noise.

101/10 RECOMMEND THE ROOM WAS SPENDLED. THE INN IS RIGHT ON THE MAIN SHOPPING AND FOOD STRIP, YOU DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE PARKING OR HORRIBLE TRAFFIC SITUATIONS BECAUSE YOU COULD WALK EVERYEHERE. WE HAD THE BREAKFAST IN THE COURTYARD, FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. STAFF WAS HEAVENLY AND VERY HELPFUL. WAS LIKE TAKING A TRIP BACK IN TIME BUT WITH NICE ROOMS, VIEWS, AND STAFF.
