The property is in close distance to Saint Denis Universite; where the direct bus to Beauvais Airport operates. Very helpful staff and easy to contact.

The room was small and dated. It was ok for staying one night, but I couldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Staff were pleasant, and the place was clean. It was also close to the airport bus, which was the reason for booking. The bed was horrible. It had a very stiff wooden frame and on top was basically a mattress topper, a thin foam mattress which after lying on for 5 mins, the edges of the bedframe could be felt digging into your body. The street outside was extremely noisy and could be easily heard in the room, many police cars going up and down the street. The street outside also featured large groups of young males, literally hundreds, in black hoods loitering and roaming the area, which felt unsafe.

Room was clean and you have veryhting you need a fridge as well. Only problem was the location unfortunately it doesnt look safe outside especially if you are woman and alone

We booked it for the sole purpose of staying the night before our flight. It was clean and comfortable, nothing exceptional, but it was quite good for the price

The only nice thing was the staff welcoming. All night there was some renovations going, sounds of banging, scratching, peeling something. It should not be done at night- respect the guests who wants to sleep.. Even hostels are better option..

The staff was friendly and helped book a taxi in the morning. The location is very bad, as a solo traveller do your best to avoid the area because its unsafe. The hotel itself its okay.

The location has the basics for a short pass in Saint Denis

Very bad neighborhood, creepy entrance, poor hygiene in the facilities, and paper-thin walls.

Very basic and small room in hostel. The biggest advantage is that it is located in 5 min walk from the bus stop to Beauvais airport and metro station St. Denis. It’s a good choice if you need the place to sleep night. Personnel don’t speak English, just French.

It is close to the bus station where you can catch the bus for Beauvais. The metro stop is also close by.

Great price and excellent location for Stade de France - about a 20min walk to the surrounds of the stadium. 10min walk from nearest Metro station so easy to get in and out of Paris. Clean, secure,.towels provided, good shower. Nice and quiet inside with no rowdy groups. Was very pleased with this for the price. It would be good to have some bedside lights instead of just the one ceiling light.
