our room wasn’t ready when we did the check in so we had to wait for it to be cleaned

They gave me one room - and it was with a very dirty bathroom. Then they gave me a second room - the window lock was broken and the door missfunctioning. The pictures are a close up of the rooms so the rooms are smaller. Cleaning, atmosphere, service, broken stuff

You don’t a bathroom in your room . Smells like cigarettes and I really thinks it’s smoking being not allowed but the staff doesn’t care They doesn’t want to give us the money back for a night because we decided to leave being so bad conditions It’s a hotel made of containers The cold enters from the window The sheets were dirty and we had to put by ourself them in the blankets The bed was like a rock

Staff are very abrupt and borderline rude. It's not the Hilton...

However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the walls are thin, so you can hear people talking in the hallway. Keep in mind that the bathroom and toilet are shared, but that was also fine.

Free parking and wifi. No toilet in the individual rooms is something you should keep in mind. Extreme heat in the summer and lots of mosquitoes. I wouldn't expect air conditioning in this price range. But a fly screen on the window would have been helpful.

the staff was super nice and helpful the room was very dark, there was two lights but the were so dimm that we couldn't see very much even with the window open

Automatic checkout, fast check-in, location is excellent (15-minute walk to Paris Saint-Denis University, station for the Beauvais Airport shuttle bus), comfy bed, blinds can be lowered, it was quiet during the night The room wasn't cleaned before me... There were hairs in the sink and you could tell by looking that the sheets were not clean. No soap in the shower rooms (I did bring my own). Wouldn't recommend for more than one night stays on the go. You get the moneys worth, I guess.

We could hear noise from the floor below, so it might get loud if adjacent rooms are occupied.

Location One of the staff refused me from having my friend around even though I paid for 2 persons in a room. He said it’s the company policy but couldn’t show me any part of the reservation policy online that says so. He even threatened to call the police on me. It was a bit embarrassing.

felt very "edgy" and for the same or less money, i stayed in far better places with much better and cleaner facilities. the only advantage is that it is very close to the St Dinis bus station for the connection to Beauvais

Everything Super close to night bus to beauvais airport, 15 min walk. 15 min walk to Saint Denis Basilica (metro+center). Tram goes to RER (tram stop 7 minutes from front door) No elevator (only 3 floors building plus few steps to the front entrance)
