Stayed here just for one night with a relatively late arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options. The address that came in the booking.com confirmation email took us to some random intersection near a farm about a km down the road, which was really confusing since we arrived after dark. Thankfully we noticed the Ibis sign as we passed it and we could circle back around.

I wasn't informed until after we had booked in & paid that the restaurant was fully booked by a private party so couldn't eat there and was given a printed sheet of restaurants in St Emilion & Libourne but would need to drive as too far to walk and there was nothing at all within walking distance and if we didn't want to drive could always uber eat on an app a takeaway to the hotel. If i had been informed in advance that the restaurant wasn't available I would have cancelled the booking but I wasn't and I wasn't given the option to cancel foc as a gesture of good will as wasn't informed until all was paid for. The breakfast...the sausage was overcooked, there were no beans in tomato sauce instead it was scrambled egg but then there were no boiled eggs & the sliced bread had not been replenished so no bread for toast. There was no kettle in the room for making an hot drink and although the bed was comfy the decor was in need of upgrading as water stains on ceiling, black mould around base of shower screen and paintwork shabby

Conveniently located to visit Saint-Emilion Restaurant was closed for a private party

Really good experience with the staff both at check-in and breakfast. They were able to help with dinner recommendations late at night and recommended we take advantage of the early bird breakfast when i mentioned we had a early check-out. The room was perfect and as expected. Good value if you are looking to explore St Emilion

The proximity to the vineyards of Saint-Émilion was excellent, although any real enthusiast would probably want to stay right in the village rather than nearby. The hotel also runs a restaurant that looked very appealing — a shame we didn’t get to try it, but next time we will. We were on our way to Arcachon and stopped here for just one night to visit Saint-Émilion and its vineyards. For us it was very convenient, especially with the option of late check-in (quite rare in this area), since we arrived after a 13-hour drive late in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside: I couldn’t find a nearby spot to park the Tesla overnight to recharge, which caused a little trouble — but we managed. No electric changing offered

Nice hotel for a stop over, can’t really walk anywhere from its location but super close to St Emillion. Had a meal in the restaurant that was disappointing wouldn’t go again.

Clean room with comfy bed and quiet location. Easy access off motorway. Nice and close to St Emilion for a visit Can’t really walk from the hotel to shops/restaurants. Hotel is a bit dated but otherwise good

Superb

The hotel restaurant was unexpectedly closed on the night we arrived. Although the hotel very helpfully provided a list of nearby restaurants, it was too late to eat before they closed.

First of all, the staff is very welcoming, nice and professional. 5 stars for the staff! The bed was comfortable , you have hot water instantly and the room overall was very clean As a frequent guest of the Accor Group , this was by far one of the most outdated room I stayed in an Ibis Hotel.

The rooms are clean but small-ish but for one night nothing to complain about. The breakfast was very good. Nothing left to desire. The restaurant seems to be very popular. I arrived quite late and the outside of the place was in complete darkness. Even the sign from the Hotel was switched off.

Convenient to stay for on- two nights Felt some smell in the room. At the restaurant I’ve got desert in dirty plate ?
