Ice cold air conditioning to get out of the heat wave with my pets. We are in a camper van and needed to be cool. Clean room and comfortable bed. Easy parking even for my 6 meter camper van. I found it to be expensive for a very basic hotel. Breakfast was just ok. Not the hotels fault but tons of construction around and nowhere to really walk with my dog. Just on the lawn and closeby hotel. Be aware that there are MANY height restricted bridges nearby. One to get to this place and one to get out (but there are alternative routes, just be aware. 2.9 meter limit (my van is 2.97). It was a bit stressful and there are many of them around town. We didn't move the van other than to leave because I could not even drive across to the Carrefour.

The staff should be able to communicate in another language than French, like basic English. But they’re lazy self centered provincial Basque/French and seem to get away with it. It’s still a place blessed with the most beautiful coastline and amazing ocean.

Clean and comfy overnight stop. Upgraded room to have a balcony which was nice as we were able to relax there before bed.

Was so easy.. location was easy to find and close to main routes… communication was great and perfect for solo travellers with pet pooches Everything was great

We arrived late at night and that someone opened the main entrance so we could come inside with the car into the parking. The toilet seat was scratched. Don't know why nobody fixed it. Price for the place and facilities. The staff did not sound polite while asking when we were going for breakfast even though we paid.

Lovely modern hotel, 5 mins from stunning beaches. Very welcoming of dogs. Many visits here, great locational and helpful staff.
