Really easy check in. We arrived a bit late and our key was waiting for us in an envelope with my name. The private terrace had a great view. Wonderful in-room breakfast. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Perfect location to explore St Jean de Luz. The bathroom needs a renovation. The shower felt a bit old and lacking in pressure, and cleaning could have been a bit more thorough

Benoit provided the best service we have had on our trip. He was personable, helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Excellent in every way.

Location couldn’t be better. We were within walking distance of everything we did. The room was spacious. We had a terrace that we really enjoyed spending time on. Our host, Benoit was wonderful. He spoke great English and was able to answer any question we asked. He also made and served a delicious breakfast each morning. We have no complaints about anything.

Good central location. The gentleman who checked us in on 9/17 was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The gentleman who greeted us in the mornings with breakfast was rude, unfriendly and impolite. He showed up 30 minutes late to organize breakfast, demanding we take our breakfast on our balcony on a chilly foggy morning…wasn’t going to happen!

Hotel Txoko is a hidden gem. The single door is located between 2 bars, but once you enter you know you’re in a special place. It’s clean, comfortable and modern while maintaining the charm of an old hotel. Restaurants and shopping are right out the door, the beach is a half-block away and the church is a block away. My room was spacious with a large patio and 2 twin beds. Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient and the guys were friendly and helpful. A modest breakfast was delivered to my room at the scheduled time. I would definitely stay here again. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Convenient location with easy access to everything. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The room was adequately sized and loved our little terrace. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is very well located just a block from the beach, and the room we had got a small terrace which was nice. The beds were comfortable and it had a coffee machine in the room and free water that was cooled down was ready for you in the mini fridge. The room has a nice size and the staff was excellent Its impossible to get there by car, and were missing more info about where to park to avoid the problems to get there. Also there is no elevator from the ground floor to the first floor, so you have to carry suitcases up and from there its an elevator that takes you further up.

We had a great stay in Boutique Hotel Txoko in lovely Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It is in a great position, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and railway station. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Our room was small but comfortable and had a great view onto the street.
