BIZIPOZ HOTEL

Great hotel - everything works: staff is very friendly and heloful, great breakfast room and seclection, room is very large with a very comfortable bed and well insulated , large bathroom , excellent WiFi, TV and ameniotis . I have nothing negative to say - everything was just right.

The gym was tiny and the sauna area did not have a shower. There are no real Sa facilities.

Close to the train and the center. Great location.

Excellent central location – easy walking distance to church, beach, Port, main square, restaurants, and all attractions. Easy private parking. Spacious, comfortable room with great storage shelves. Outstanding bathroom: fantastic rainforest + handheld shower with strong pressure, plus plenty of shelves and hooks.. Very comfortable bed with good linen and extra pillows. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Marie at reception. Good internet.

The hotel was remarkably well-equipped, with a gym, a stylish breakfast bar, a lounge and dancefloor, and several other major amenities attached. The staff were friendly, and the room felt very clean and modern. The location was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend Bizipoz. This feedback of room 122 is intended more for the hotel than for other customers. While the room was attractive, it seemed to favor design over function in some ways. For example, the sliding bathroom door overlaps with the most-used storage shelf when opened. Meaning that you cannot open the bathroom door if your bags and shoes are "partially shelved". Beyond that, the bathroom door does not lock and is always a couple millimeters "open". The room offered a plethora of shelving options. But it was hard to understand the purpose of many of them, they seemed cosmetic more than functional. The main wall of the room had hooks all along it; Great, in theory, but almost half of them were behind the TV and therefore not usable. And there were not enough hooks in the bathroom to properly manage towels. The elevator also stood out to me. It seems modern and safe, but it also seems like they cut costs on it and bought the cheapest possible option - which contrasts with the other investments they've made in the hotel.

Perfect location to explore St Jean de Luz. Beaches, restaurants and harbor only minutes walk away. Also hotel is close to the train station and buses to visit the nearby towns. Nothing!

Great location. Rooms are fresh and large. Everything works, from wifi to streaming. The staff are super friendly and keen to ensure you have the best possible stay. Noise from the ground floor night club come food market was quite loud. On the 2nd floor, I guess there would be no noise

Modern room, quiet (although a fun fair was setting up shop under my room window the day I left), comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, nice location near the center, underground parking. NO HOT WATER for my morning shower (at 8AM). I mentioned it at the reception when I was checking out and was told off for not calling the desk, they would have sent someone. To do what? Make hot water appear when there is none left? My compensation was a free breakfast. I would have preferred a proper shower. The elevator between the underground parking and the hotel wasn't working. One woman was banging on the door asking to be let out of it when I tried to use it. So, I walked up the stairs with my suitcase instead. After that, I used the Indigo elevator on the street rather than the one dedicated to the hotel as directed by staff. Why do they have an elevator between the parking garage and the hotel if they don't want hotel customers to use it?

Did not do breakfast. More type of breakfast. Our family could not come to a consensus on chosen it.
