Very coinvent parking. Extremely comfortable. Excellent reception staff. Shutters on the window. Lovely bathroom with bath. Lovely hot water. Tea tray with electric kettle. Paper cups for both the bathroom and tea tray. If we did not have our own glasses and cups we would have scolded our hands. The paper cups in the bathroom were stained. They forgot to leave hand towels. This was an over sight I am sure but by the time we could ask for the towels we were ready for bed.

Price, room was comfortable Uncertain where to leave card key on departure. Eventually left it in room and I messaged the hotel

The woman on reception did here best to balance the complaint below. Thanks to her I wrote twice to the hotel and got no replies, therefore my request was not possible. By the time I arrived it was too late, (and I was too tired) to cancel the booking and find a different hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were heading to the port in the morning, so its location was ideal. We would stay again We never used the restaurant as we didn't have a great experience at their hotel in Bordeaux. Identical menu. It's really poor quality and extremely overpriced.
