The staff here is wonderful. We were greeted warmly and were provided very helpful info to navigate the maze that is the intra muros. There is a lift, which is a huge plus (though you need to go up about 5 steps to get to it). The location is perfect. Even though there is no air conditioning and it was a heat-wave, our room maintained a very comfortable temperature. The beds were comfortable. For the location it is a bargain. The overall hotel is a little worn and could use a refresh (carpet, some fixtures) but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment.

Near the Sea Shore but not facing the sea shore. Value for Money and Room size was very small. if it would be 50 Euro then ok.

Excellent location - 10/10 bathroom is tiny and the shower requires thin hips and the glass door/zero soundproofing requires you to be friendly ! But it works if you do it in shifts

Was a great location, right in the heart of the walled city. The staff was really informative and gave great recommendations on how to spend the evening in St Malo. Nothing, was great value for money and would stay again.

I've never had such welcoming, informative and accommodating a welcome. The staff were fantastic, the location was perfect, and parking was easy. For the price, it's really great.

The location is super and the guy at the reception was so helpful and friendly. The room was completely different to the images we were given and the room we expected.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Driving into the inner walled area is a little stressful but on arrival we were soon made to feel calm and help was given finding a very nearby spot to park. There are parts of this hotel that are a bit tired, but for price location and friendliness this is definitely a 10, not because its perfect 5 star hotel but because its excellent for the price, comfortable and fantastically located. I always ask myself would i book again or look elsewhere and this is a definite book again!
