This hotel is like staying with family - it’s a cozy, friendly lodging. My room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the location, close to the old city wall and the beach, is great. It’s a bit secluded from the tourist bustle. Everything was great!

A very pretty and quirky little Hotel in the heart of the historic town. The staff were very accommodating, the room was very clean and it was very comfortable. The lift is very small and the stairs are steep
-
Perfect place off the main streets...very accessible to the ferry to Dinard in the morning.

Charming Hotel, excellent location and very kind staff, merci!

My son and I loved the location, the breakfast, and the friendly staff. We would stay here again!

Be prepared. Room/bathroom is quite small, but all workable.

Made to feel welcome, breakfast service good, choice and quality of items excellent. Location good just inside the walls a short walk from bars and restaurants. 13 euros additional charge for parking which came as a surprise. Bedrooms tired and bathroom grouting was black and smell coming from drains. Noisy neighbours on both sides who had TV blaring till midnight. Slamming of doors throughout the night but it was a very busy weekend in St Malo.

Great location. Split double bed.

Great location in Saint Malo old town. There was a secure parking lot for our bicycles. The breakfast was great and served in a very nice setting. The staff were great. The room was small but comfortable. The one person elevator was cool.

They were so nice and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, coffee delicious. Amazing use of space in the room with shelves and good set up of the room / bed organization for such a historical building. It's a hotel room in a small Brittany town - don't expect the space to be big! But it was one of the best uses of that space and fantastic service so much better than we could have hoped!

Nice location on the edge of the Intramuros, near the ramparts but still close to the main shopping areas. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Wifi worked well. We paid for parking (13 euro) which ended up being just next to the hotel, but I got the feeling that the main lot was elsewhere and we just got lucky that no one else was using the spot yet. We arrived at 2:30pm (check in began at 2pm) to find no one at the front desk and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up.

The size of room is a bit smaller than I expected. sound screening could be improved.

Beaucoup de luminosité. Squeaky bed

Lovely little place with great character. Excellent location and very helpful staff helping us with parking for our cars. The pillows were quite firm for our taste but didn’t stop us having a good nights sleep.

Brilliant location and room was small but comfortable

The location of this hotel is great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but slightly shabby. First off, we had trouble finding anyone to check us in or guide us to the advertised peivate parking. We called and emailed but no-one responded for 15 minutes. When we finally checked in, we discovered we had to just park anywhere on the street. Not a problem at this time of year but we chose the hotel as it clearly advertised private parking. Our room was on the 4th floor. The lift is a tiny cupboard style suitable for one at a time - don't take a big case!! The heating wasn't on and the room was chilly. The bathroom door squeaked so badly it was impossible to avoid waking my husband when I get up. And the shower cubicle is so tiny, the shower curtain sticks to you at all times. It is quirky. The hotel is a tower building with rooms shoehorned in which makes each a different shape. Sound proofing was.not bad. We didn't have food or drinks in the hotel as we were able to reach local.places easily. It was a bit more expensive than other places in the area - we regretted paying.
