The staff were very helpful and the location is good Only cons were that the rooms do not have AC (understandable), the toilet flusher buttons didn't work well, and the key is a hole-punched card that is cumbersome and easy to break

The hotel was great, it had it all. It was clean, the room was a bit small but not a problem, bed was comfy, toilet was clean. It was a bit far from the city center but the Saint Mande Metro line 1 stop was just a minute away so it was not a problem. Breakfast was great. Just great, if you are looking for a nice hotel that doesn’t cost a lot of money, this is it. There weren’t slippers, that’s all.

Near metropolitan Toilet sit so dirty, not clean very well. Toilet door cant open properly coz it stuck the sink and cant close too. Window cant closed good too. No any brush tooth, tooth paste, no ironing,… Electric plug with type C only. Nothing there except hair dry, towels, bath/ hand wash liquid. I paid full money ( plus city tax) but hotel reception said “ NO INCLUDE BREAKFAST!”.

The staff were great, helpful and very welcoming. Very close to the Saint Mande metro station only a 2 minute walk. Metro line 1 gets you to touristy Paris direct. Bathroom was small but sufficient to be ok for a short stay. Quite a treck from central Paris which was around a 20 minute journey.

Tiny room but very clean. The staff was very kind and breakfast lovely and generous If you are travelling as a couple I would upgrade the room.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and it was in a lovely location. Saint Mandé is a pretty place on a convenient metro line for visiting landmarks.

Location next to Metro and local dining was good. Very small cramped room, hard mattresses, no hot water in shower for 3 days due to defective mixer tap. Limited power points, no heating (ancient air-conditioning unit not working). Window covered with opaque sheet - no view.
