Breakfast was plentiful. A full English breakfast was offered or a selection of bread, rolls, coffee/tea, meat and cheeses, etc. a nice place for one night. There are steps up to rooms because it was over a pub, but the owners carried our bags up for us. Nice owners.

I asked for a room with a bath, which we got. The room itself was large, nicely furnished and serviced every day. Good choice of foods for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was large and very tasty

Good location Room and bathroom were cold. Took ages for room to warm up and radiator in bathroom never came on so stayed cold

Great food, great service and a large comfortable room. The huge bed was very comfortable and there was everything you would need in the room. We especially loved the variety and quality of the breakfasts and the location is perfect for exploring the island. We've stayed here before and we will again.

Breakfast was great. Good location, easy to find and get about on the bus. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Quite noisy (lots of creaking and banging) at night.

Great breakfast with a choice of continental or full English. Fresh fruit salad every morning was a plus point. The pub downstairs was noisy at weekends. There was no lift and the stairs were steep.

Good food, prompt service Unfortunately the steepness of the stairs is a permanent problem. Very steep and need more handrails.
