It was very hot and the quilt was a high tog. Although we had a fan in our room there was no air conditioning..

This is a great boutique style hotel. All aspects of service are of the highest standard. The room is large and very clean and comfortable, however, it does lack a bar fridge and modern charging points for phones, tablets etc.

The breakfast includes so many options and allows one to create their own meal. Staff go above and beyond beyond service at the front desk and in the dining room. My room had a view and was beautiful. Nothing.

Friendly staff, that went out of their way to make my daughter's stay there extra special. Little touches like VIP dressing gown, a soft toy on arrival and a little movie night.

Lovely welcoming staff . very peaceful. great location the short menu in the rock garden was not an improvement and was expensive. Also did not appreciate that bar was closed in hotel on certain nights.

in a beautiful location and a lovely room. surrounded by beautiful woodland and great walks into St Peter Port. The staff were very helpful. One restaurant was open serving mainly meat. Not great if you like more veggie style and lighter food.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and an excellent location. The staff are wonderful and really make this hotel so fabulous. Excellent dining options with an exceptionally good breakfast menu. Lovely additional extra benefit is the hotel provide a driver service to collect from the airport, drop off in the centre etc and we found this to be a great feature

Friendly welcome, lovely room with a balcony looking out to sea, amazing location. Great breakfast selection too I booked the Mexican restaurant the first evening as it was the only one open and while I was offered drinks early, I felt ignored by the food service staff. Having waited for half an hour to order and seeing parties come in and have their orders taken, I left.

I was over charged let the staff know and nobody has contacted me since my stay very poor Being over charged

The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, had a lovely meal at the rock restaurant although a bit expensive you definitely get what you pay for, the food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating, room was clean and bed was made daily. Loved the communication from the hotel, had email to get and give information about our stay, then a call a couple of days before our stay to check everything was ok and if need a taxi or directions to the hotel. Such a nice touch and much appreciated. We was surprised when we arrived that we was upgraded to a lovely room with views as it was our anniversary and in the room was a bottle of wine and card to wish us a happy anniversary, was such a pleasant surprise. If you have to be negative then I would say it would be the plugs, no USB ports and we only had one plug that could be used inside of the cupboard were the kettle was plugged in, You are on the flight path so could get noisy at times but luckily at night no flights so sleep was peaceful.

We loved the breakfast which was included. Also the in-house restaurant the Steak House was excellent. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and we had fresh towels every day. The hotel is also close to the town centre and airport The hotel arranged free transfer from the airport to the hotel which can be organised a day before. We would like to visit again, this time in the summer If I’m being picky I would say I would have preferred a bigger room.
