This was my second stay at the Pandora. I really liked the renovated restaurant and my room felt new and fresh. A good breakfast is included in the stay. The hotel has a lovely sitting area where I would have enjoyed spending time, However, the door to a small terrace at one end is usually open and, because guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, the main floor is usually full of tobacco smoke. I didn't see anyone else using the parlors, and I imagine that's why.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff are very friendly. The food is very nice. In room 11 the walls are so thin that I could hear the conversation of the people in the room next door. This was very frustrating as they were talking late into the night. Also the mattress was not very comfortable.

The location is quite. The room had been recently decorated and was spotless. Every member of staff was polite and helpful. The food was delicious - great breakfast and good choice of food for dinner. But the location of the hotel is very close to several restaurants. The room had been recently decorated and the smell of paint was strong. The heating was on making the room hot with no way of turning it down or off. But both were fixed by having the window open.

Hotel has its own parking but entrance is much to narrow for a regular car.

Excellent. Main dish is delivered to your table and you have many options. Plus you have a lot of other things in self service. Depending on your seating, you can have a view of the garden.

Lovely lounge areas to sit in and a great breakfast Steps getting up into the hotel with our luggage

Lovely historic property. Exceptional service. Beds and linen were clean, plush and comfortable. The hill could cause a hardship for some patrons.

The lounge and the fabulous garden and terrace we found the bar meals a little to expensive for us

The hotel was very clean, in a great location. Rooms were also lovely and clean. The staff were brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were extremely helpful. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but the staff were very apologetic and had the rooms sorted within 10mins.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great & evening meals were fresh & tasty. A great place to stay. A short walk to the main town. The hotel building is old but the rooms are clean & comfortable.

Fair location, good views. Public spaces good and comfortable. Shower in room 205 only had scalding hot water in shower - dangerous. Room 205 so so.

Very friendly staff. Food was amazing especially the breakfast. What a great choice of dishes. Loved the terraced garden with all its little nooks and crannies. Good location and easy to walk into town. The walk back up the hill from town

breakfast was fantastic with plenty of selections. We ate at the Sun Restaurant once and in the bar restaurant twice and all the food was wonderful. Walking around the gardens was lovely. Nothing to dislike

Lovely hotel, beautiful garden, fabulous breakfasts, kind and thoughtful staff. Very spacious single room with cupboard, wardrobe & 7 drawers! 3,000 steps from the ferry terminal or about 18 minute walk. Up a hill but not as bad as I expected from the other descriptions. Bus tickets are £1.60 all over the island and you can hop on and off, just tap your debit card. There’s a co-op too just down the hill, handy for lunches and the bus terminal is a handy place to start for trips ( unless of course you’re driving!) out. Jersey is about £29 return for the day on the ferry and takes an hour. You can book online. Great stay! Everything was lovely. But I would rebrand the chicken & vegetable madras as something different. I was expecting it to be mega hot, when it was medium ( which was good) other people might come to the same conclusion.
